Like always it depends what you want: location was quite good, just one side street, you had to go through, was a bit dirty - soke garbage. After passing that you are in the middle of the city and can reach everything quiet fast. Staff was nice, I checked one room first, which had windows you could not open, so I could choose another. That was quite big, clean, bed was good, breakfast was poor. I stayed 2 days and it was fine for me as a single person.

Stayed in twin delux room , room looking tired & worn furniture looks like needs putting in a skip that knackered . Shower worked ok has the other basic things required didn’t bother going down for breakfast so can’t comment on that . Lift could be tidied up inside as wasn’t pretty . Would I stay again only for 2 nights max & pay no more than £28 p/n not worth no more than that

Stayed in this hotel for seven days and eight nights, the worst hotel experience ever. The Feng Shui of the hotel is very poor. The hotel is very narrow and very long. The hotel is at a T-junction, and the lobby faces a straight road. And the side of the hotel facing the river is located between the two buildings. It was the first time I encountered the Feng Shui energy of a house that could contain both the Heart-piercing Evil and the Heaven-Destroying Evil. Because I booked eight nights in advance, the money I paid was non-refundable, and my stay was not long, so I didn’t look for another room. Sure enough, something small happened after staying for eight days. First of all, the hotel is renovating some rooms, and there is a pungent smell. Secondly, the sound insulation of the room is not good. The sound of electric drilling and cleaning at 8 o'clock every morning makes it difficult to sleep. I can't stay in the hotel during the day, it's so noisy that I feel uncomfortable. Also, I spent a small amount of 50 yuan to wash a few pieces of clothing, and two shirts were faded in the laundry. I gave them the payment receipt for the purchase. At first they promised to compensate me in cash, but then the front desk chased me for a discount for two days. One moment they said that the laundry staff would have to pay a month's salary, and the next moment they said they still had some clothes to wear. After I talked to him about why I needed laundry workers' compensation, they said they would pay me either the original price minus the discount I agreed to yesterday, but I left my clothes in the hotel. Or give me one million dong and I’ll take the clothes away. The hotel staff made me angry by doing this, and I asked them to buy me the same clothes in Ho Chi Minh. Then I went to Ctrip’s staff responsible for handling complaints. They contacted the travel agency and asked the travel agency to contact the hotel to handle the matter. In the end, the hotel bought clothes of the same brand and style, but in different colors. When I said I wanted the same color, he said OMG. The follow-up was that I would not accept their monetary compensation or clothes. After checking out, Ctrip called me and said that it was difficult for the company to deal with this kind of matter, and there was currently no way to ask the hotel to give me anything. The purpose of staying in a hotel is to save worry and relax, but my stay in this hotel only made me miserable and uncomfortable.

There are very few rooms with windows on each floor, and it's relatively quiet at night. I like the window type, but the price is higher. It's OK to stay for one night. Convenient for shopping and eating nearby

The hotel happened to be under renovation and it was very noisy every morning after staying for six days.

The room is relatively large, quiet and clean. I have stayed here many times. The service was very attentive and the breakfast buffet was generous.

Very good hotel, very central and close to all places of interest!

The location was great because it was right next to the Saigon River. There are many restaurants nearby~~ I plan to use it again next time I come.

Location-wise, it is easy to move anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, but the condition of the furnishings is the worst.
