Had a beautiful stay here, Even extended my stay. Helpful front desk and general staff. Breakfast is good as well. Rooms are nice with big open space.

這是一個高檔酒店？快捷酒店也沒這樣的吧。就別睡覺了，跟蚊子槓上了，下半夜給蚊子鬧得沒辦法到前台問有沒有驅蚊水啥的，啥都沒有。上樓房卡還刷不開門，醉了，安保都説了這個蚊子問題跟領導説了好幾次也沒辦法。房間在八樓，還能有這麼多蚊子。太差勁了這酒店。

入住感受跟價格檔次太不匹配了。1，首先前台環境，雜亂，整個大廳有吧枱，還有麪包房，餐廳，混雜在一起，看不出是前台，以為是酒吧吧枱。2，前台男的，退房時跟欠他錢一樣，男女員工沒有工作服嗎？3，電梯low，提示音還不如沒有，整個環境氛圍的香薰薰鼻，不能搞高檔點？4，客房裝修差，跟快捷酒店差不多，燈的開關都要脱落的，5，隔音差，早上各種聲音吵醒，前後左右敲的，最多的是關門聲，門的鉸鏈問題，自動關上而且聲音很大，不能調整嗎？6，健身房太小，還不如不設定，十幾個平方？7，早餐一般，麪還行。8，客房打掃時間能不能學習別家？要麼等退房，客人不退房也等下午啥時間吧？中午或早上是合適時間嗎？而且保潔阿姨一直往房間裏探頭張望，不知道啥意思？

早上給前台帶電話，叫送個刮鬍刀，等半天送不到，能把人急死，這邊早上出差有急事，最後還是我自己出去找了個打掃車自己拿的，根本沒人管你，電視連個投屏功能都沒有，在屋裡也就能玩玩手機了，啥也幹不了，要不是離出差的地方近，下回再也不定這個了

在APP上找了附近的酒店，最後選擇蘇寧雅悦入住，這邊交通還是挺方便的，然後停車是免費的，如果出來的話到前台報一下車牌號就可以全部減免車費了，酒店入住的話，還會贈送小禮品之類的或者給升級房型，總體來説服務態度不錯

酒店地段不錯，周邊很繁華，吃的選擇也挺多，酒店環境很好前台小姐姐非常好房間充足的情況下主動幫忙免費房間升級。家人住的也很滿意，還有洗衣服健身設備也能免費用

清明假期和朋友帶着孩子一起來南京玩，辦理入住的時候，前台看我們都帶着小孩給我們原本來的雙床房升級到了親子房，房間更大了，還有小熊主題，孩子們都很喜歡。在南京這兩天玩的很開心，期待下次再來。

五一出遊，在河西這塊找了一家離各大景區都比較近的酒店，酒店前台服務非常好，早上主動給贈送了早餐，酒店周邊吃飯也很方便，有快餐也有飯店，體驗感不錯
