Location was ok, in the heart of ho chi minh. You're in a budget hotel so don't expect too much.

You get what you paid for. It's basic room. They upgraded me with window room(that basically is shaded window). There were no water bottles in the room, nor room cleaning service (i stayed 3 nights), guys at reception don't speak English, tho trying to help

This is a perfectly serviceable low-cost option in District One in the city; walking distance to everything, including bus routes; good beds; clean rooms; good bathrooms (with baths!); pleasant reception staff; easy booking and check-in process

This hotel does not accept service guide dogs! The hotel staff is not helpful at all with canceling a reservation at 2am, so I was looking for another hotel with no sim card for here & costly taxi rides. This staff is so rude!!! I contactong *********** to remove this hotel from the website. The toilets don't work either. Not a professional staff. The young man that works at night is so Disrespectful to visiting tourist of his country.
