i visited ho chi minh saigon for 4 days business trip , but i only booked 1 night because i didnt know if this hotel was suitable , when i checked into the hotel and went back to my room to rest , the room was very clean and there coffee and tea for me enjoy in the room . after staying for 1 night , i was really staisfied . the hotel breakfast also had a lot of choies , i later stayed in 2 more night again . after checking out on the third day i took the grad car to the airport , when i arrived at the airport checkin my luggage , I realized my laptop was left in the hotel lobby，i quickly called the hotel，fortunately the hotel staff helped me put it away , and then i returned to the hotel to pick up back to my laptop . fortunately i chose a hotel not far from the airport , i successfully returned to airport to board my flight country. I would like to thank a lot of the hotel staff for its service. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City for business next time, I will still choose this saigon eastin grand hotel again..

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Hospitality service 0 Check in 0 Room with balcony was a 10/10 Pool 10/10

We, family of 3 stayed one night before heading to Hanoi. It was only about 10 minutes away from the airport with heavy traffic. The room is very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept with my 8 years old son in one of the twin beds and the size was good. The staff are very kind and helpful, even though they have very limited English. The only negative side is that the room and bathroom were a bit smelly when we entered, but after cooling down with aircon, it was not too bad. We heard noisy traffic but I guess it is normal in Vietnam. The rate includes breakfast and it was simple but good enough.

The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.

We wanted a place near HCM airport for a fuss free overnight stay & this play fitted the bill. Clean spacious basic room with a good shower & good WiFi. It's a convenient location, just a short taxi ride from the airport, and you can also walk there! The room was very clean and although there were no windows, it was a very good value for money hotel. The guy at the front desk was very kind and told the taxi driver how to get to the market and if I wanted to exchange money on the way. The only thing to be careful about is that the drain cover is closed and the shower water will overflow unless you open it. I would like to use it again when I go to Ho Chi Minh.

Visa and immigration process on arrival at Ho Chi Minh City took almost 2 hours so when I arrived at Airstay Hotel I was tired and a bit out of sorts. The reception I received from Tram at front desk quickly cheered me up. Very warm, professional and friendly young lady. Had me checked in quickly and up to my room. The room was a decent size and neat and tidy. Decor is charming and an older style. I appreciate that on holiday and thought the styling was lovely. Generic styling does nothing for me. My only negative is the bathroom and reason for markdown. The shower size was more then adequate but bench space and toilet location were cramped. I had to sit side-saddle on toilet to use. I am 190cm tall though, so maybe not an issue for many. If you’re tall though, maybe check ahead to see if rooms with more spacious bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was great. More incline towards Asian options I don’t want to eat bacon and eggs when I’m away from home anyway so more then happy with what was available. Location is on a side street. Just enough from main road that I heard no traffic noise. Lots of food options around. Minutes, and I mean minutes, to the airport. Overall, really enjoyed my all to short stay at Airstay. Highly recommend.

I reserved the bed in the room for 8 women, and I slept great, the bathroom was inside the room, we had air conditioning and the space with the necessary privacy. Everything was clean and the sheets and blankets smelled super good, I definitely recommend it. The staff is very helpful and respectful.

Before going to stay at hotels in many places, but I have never seen a bad place like this place. Agree that the room rate is affordable but the basic services must be met. But here is not. When I check in, I have to pay in advance. When checking in, the air conditioner control is not available, there is no free drinking water, shampoo and shower gel are not tested. I wanted to use the laundry service but I didn't have it, so I wanted to borrow a iron. The iron is old and I don't know how to use it, so I accidentally burned the bed sheet. I accept compensation. But in the room there is no window for the price of supplies like many other hotels. And finally they quoted it was a temple 500k. I found that price was unreasonable. I wanted to exchange with someone to that price, they said that it was not at the hotel. Although the staff is very enthusiastic, but with the way the hotel brings such an experience, I really can't accept it.
