It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for ”dirtying a face towel” as we were leaving. My partner said: ”it feels a bit 'communist'”... which is a nice sum up. Certainly one for any shortlist though.

Very nice host, trying to read all wishes from the lips. Very clean rooms, cleaned every day and also equipped with fresh towels. The host even has depended on our washed clothes and folded clean. A very friendly and welcoming host family,who were very attentive to provide me and the other guests a very enjoyable staying!!!! The place is neat and spotlessy clean,so was the room. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast,that they will cook for you,in the garden. I am a foodie myself and a very good cook too,so I am very picky when it comes to 'good food'.Well,I have to admit that the lunch they cooked for me was just so delicious!!!!!! The place is within a 10 minutes walk to the ancient town and 10 minutes ride to An Bang beach. They provide bicycles and they rent motor bikes too. They were so kind to organise a pick up and drop off in Da Nang for me,at a very affordable price. I really had an amazing staying there and I can't recommend ti enough. I would definitely book there again. PS. It would be nice to have an in room safe fitted in the future.

Staying at this home on the second day of Hoi An, although it is a little bit walk from the ancient city, it takes about 10 minutes to walk, but the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The facilities are not as high as the hotel, but the feeling of home is quite comfortable. The boss's service attitude is also good, and the car that provides to Da Nang Airport is cheaper than playing GRAB. I will consider staying again next time.

The two female hosts are literally amazing!! They are so sweet, helpful and will do everything to make your stay the best as possible. They give you great recommendations for local hotspots. The cooking class was so much fun and really informative, because you learn so much! Besides that is the stay at the perfect location, it is very central in Hoi An and you can visit everything by foot or bike. The rooms are really great as well. In short, you should definitely visit the Gioan boutique villa if you want to stay in Hoi An!
