Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

i would never stay at the property ever again !! it’s nasty the staff was no help i needed water to take my medication and i was told there’s no drinking water at the property online it says they provide shuttle services but i was told they do not once i checked in . my room was dirty i felt like i was in a motel 6. but paying a high price. my stay was the worst!!!!!!!!

The elevators in this hotel are scary. Doors close when they want, regardless of holding the door open button. They are very old and rickety. The rooms have been updated but are small. The staff are lovely but we were told by a taxi driver not to leave our hotel after dark. Apparently a lot of *********s and crime in that block at night. During the day it was totally fine.

Was told there would be shuttle from the airport even when I called to say we would be late. Was not told the shuttle quit at 11 pm. No answer when I called the hotel so we had to pay for a cab.

The property was average at best. The furniture had seen better days. The elevator buttons didn’t work properly and the de humidifier in the hallway was a bit of a turnoff

Your night staff was very ru as a result we went to Dennues and tgey were more than willing to help and call us a taxi de when asked to call us a taxi at 4 am all he could say its that its not his job to get us a taxi and went on and on about how it wasnt his resposibility
