When I arrived to front desk, person who helped me with my check in offers me an upgrade of my original reservation, I took it because I believed that was an upgrade, when I arrived to my new room, it was not. Broken blinds, a noisy AC, old fashioned bathroom, far away from pictures of my original reservation. Immediately I told with front desk and request my original room because the new one was terrible and I had paid for a better one. After a couple of minutes they check for my original reservation -and assigned to me my room, but for my surprise, when I arrived to my room, someone was inside, my room already was assigned to someone more. I came back to front desk and report the situation and after 30 minutes I get a good room. All the situation was between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am, at midnight, was a terrible experience.

I stayed a room on first floor, facing on havy trafic roads Every time truck pass by bad shaking, no sound proof trouble going to sleep.
Tiny breakfast area sharing with the others hotel guest limitited sitting area.
One receptionist take care all the hotels guest i guest more than 10 hotels.
Room cleaning every 3 days just changing towels and sheets not cleaning.

Long story short; rude and AC didn't work. but according to them, there's a physical AC in the room so I cant say the room doesn't have AC.

It was a nice stay, loved the walk to the beach being 2min away. Very good stay. Only thing i would recommend is better selection at the continental breakfast.
