The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Great room

It would be nice to know if the pool/hot tub is closed prior to booking. i just went out of my way to stay at a bonvoy property with a pool/hot tub, back to back nights, and both pool areas were closed. There were plenty of other options that I can look into next time. VERY frustrating!!

Crushed up hot Cheetos on the floor, crumbs in the bed and empty water bottles under the stand I made a complaint to the front desk before I left they said somebody would get in touch with me but never did it’s going on a week

Very nice place. I have stayed there four times and enjoyed each stay. Very convenient for me for shopping and leisure travel.

Nice hotel, convenient to shopping malls, easy to get to. Nice little Bistro in lobby. Neat and clean with friendly helpful staff. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. I have stayed here 3 0r 4 times recently. Will go back again.

Staff was very friendly, the gym and facility was very clean and inviting. The room was perfect, very large and comfortable. The only down fall was the man snoring in a room near by. I heard him all night.

There were several things broken in our room that appeared to have been that way for some time. The hinge on the microwave cabinet was broken, a plastic lampshade was broken and taped several times, a USB charging port was broken. In addition the room was dirty. Hair and debris on the floors and in the shower.

The room was clean, inviting and very comfortable. The firepit was a bonus on a cold evening. We found the staff very welcoming and friendly, especially Stephanie on Reception, and Lora and Saba in the Bistro. Thank you Stephanie, Lora and Saba! We will definitely return to this hotel and also recommend it to our friends.

We loved the lobby. There were seating options and we were able to relax with a drink before heading back to our room.

This is our to go place when we visit family. The staff is great. The room is clean. The breakfast is yummy.

I really enjoyed my stay. Was very quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the food & drinks at the bistro.

The cleaning person left my room door open when i returned in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us a goody bag each with water, chips and a cookie. Everything was very nice, not a single complaint. Will definitely stay there again.
