The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive; they thoughtfully prepared drinking water and tissues outside our door every day, which made us feel very cared for and warm. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for its unique character and comfort."

"It's located about 1km from Lee Garden/town centre, not too far, still manageable.
Location quite strategic near lots of food stalls and 7-eleven just round the corner.
Place is clean with the necessary amenities like
towel, toothbrush, tissue, drinking water, snacks,
hair dryer, etc air conditioning was cold
Check in required a deposit of 200 baht and an
International adapter for 100baht to charge your HP as I forgot to take it along
Service was commendable when asked for directions and even extra pillow
Room is quite big for 3 persons with TV, Sofa, table and chairs
It is cheaper and convenient to get a Grab car than tuk-tuk when required to move far
Overall pleasant stay and will book it next trip"

"Hostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!"

Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn & Spa Hatyai. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax.
One of the best things is the spa located downstairs, which is super convenient if you're looking for a massage after a long day of exploring. The location is also great, and everything about my stay was pleasant.
I booked during a promotion, so the price was very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly hotel in Hatyai!

The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great. The room doors are just regular wooden doors, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.
Parking is limited, and cars that are too low can only park in front of the hotel entrance.

The location is excellent. The hotel is right next to Hatyai Central Mall and a 7-Eleven. Both the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market are within a 5-10 minute walk.
Cleanliness: 10/10
The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odours at all. The hotel even provided a pleasant aroma diffuser, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Service: 10/10
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Facilities: 9/10
The facilities were almost perfect. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a little slow at times.
Overall
Overall, I have virtually no complaints about this hotel. It offers excellent value and a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for solo travellers as well as couples visiting Hat Yai.

TianshenglvxingjiaClose to the station, close to shopping malls, the location is very central. It's great for transfers here, whether by train or plane. I recommend staying here if you're heading to the airport or the Koh Lipe pier, both are very convenient.

choonglawrance4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

Great strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. It’s also very convenient for getting a tuk-tuk, and New Season Hotel is only about a 1-minute walk away, making it easy to find transportation.
Despite being close to the busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made our stay very comfortable.
The homestay is spacious, with a large living room and plenty of tables and chairs, making it great for gatherings with family or friends. Each room also has enough power outlets and its own hair dryer, which was very convenient.
The owner is very friendly and responsive. Whenever we had any additional questions or enquiries, the owner replied quickly and was always helpful.
Highly recommended! We had a great stay and would definitely come back again on our next visit to Hatyai.

Guest UserThe staff was nice and welcoming. If you get a dorm, Bill, you’re going to be on the fourth floor, no elevator and the Wi-Fi is virtually nonexistent. Mattresses were on the uncomfortably firm side. If I stayed here again, I would ask for the second or third floor dorm room, but if they didn’t give it to me, I would find another hostel.
