"I didn't get no notification of how to enter. No code sent via text. The room advertised as 40 dollars but then they charge me extra 20 dollars and said its to clean the room. When I complained the staff text me saying if I'm not happy to pay extra 20 dollars I can leave. This was at 11pm and I was a woman alone."

"This hotel has a good price. It is a B&B, not a hotel, but it is very well-equipped. It has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave and free coffee. You can cook your own meals. It has a big yard, which is very comfortable and you can park your car! The boss' service is very good!"

GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
