I added the butler's WeChat two days before check-in, and they patiently answered all my questions about our stay. This hotel truly lives up to its five-star guesthouse reputation; from the room facilities to the dining service, everything is top-notch in the area. My kids especially loved the evening bonfire party and making handmade pastries, and they had a great time playing in the ******* clothes provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

:-DxiaoThis hot spring hotel truly delivers on its promise, with multiple steaming spring vents visible. Despite being a sulfur spring, there's no sulfur smell, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is nestled in a valley, designed like villas. Outside, there's an infinity public hot spring and several smaller ones. You can even enjoy a private hot spring in your room, and everything was spotless. The entire valley looked stunning, enveloped in steam and mist as far as the eye could see. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room and included a private hot spring for us, which was a lovely gesture. You can also borrow traditional ******* clothing for free photoshoots within the hotel. If only I had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more nights! The scenery is beautiful, the hotel facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Plus, Mugecuo Scenic Area is just a 15-minute drive away, making this hotel absolutely worth a stay.

Guest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

This stay completely exceeded expectations, from the details to the service are impeccable.
The room is very soundproof, the night is quiet and there is no interference, and the golden forest sea can be seen by the window.
The store manager's thief is handsome, like a male model, take the initiative to help with luggage, the front desk check-in is no more than 3 minutes, and also intimately informs the free breakfast time and surrounding play routes. The attitude is particularly kind.
The room is more spacious than the picture, the decoration is simple and modern, and the tabletop and floor are spotless. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleeping feeling is excellent; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, and the toiletries provided are very comfortable. You can also soak in hot springs outdoors.

First of all, the owner and his wife have created a very unique and beautiful B&B. Each room is unique. We chose a room with a hot spring view. After a few words with the owner, he said the townhouse hot spring room was more comfortable, so we switched. That evening, the owner's wife personally made a hot spring soup with wild mushrooms and yak beef, and the yak beef was truly delicious. In the evening, the owner took us and our dog to play with his horses. It was a wonderful experience to see city dogs running around in the lawn. After a hot spring bath, we had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast was a simple white porridge, eggs, and sweet potatoes, which was both very natural and delicious! Highly recommended!

The room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, and the hot spring pool was large and wonderfully relaxing. The hot spring water is natural; I called to ask why the water wasn't consistently hot, worried about wasting water by letting it run, and they told me, ”Don't worry about wasting it, let it run as much as you like! The water comes directly from the spring source!” 😂
The heating was excellent, to the point where I'd wake up from being too warm in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry about being cold. The landlady was very kind, and the owner's braised beef was absolutely delicious!
The surrounding scenery was beautiful, with views of snow-capped mountains, and there's also a Red Sea Lake about a 30-minute drive away.
My only regret is that it didn't snow during this trip. An even bigger regret is that my partner suffered from some altitude sickness, so we had to stealthily check out in the early hours of the morning...
We'll be back in a few days after taking some Rhodiola!

Traveling along the G318 Sichuan-Tibet highway, we decided to stay at Yunxi Residence in Xinduqiao, and our experience far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to fellow road trippers. The hotel is conveniently located right off G318, making it incredibly easy to get to Xinduqiao town center, the Ten-Mile Photography Gallery, Tagong Grassland, and the Gongga viewing platform. No detours needed, which is a huge plus when you're on a long drive.
The parking situation is a major bonus for drivers. The hotel has its own free, spacious parking lot with plenty of spots for both large and small vehicles. They even have charging stations, which is super convenient for long-distance electric car owners, completely solving the tricky parking problem at high altitudes.
The front desk staff were incredibly warm and meticulous. Check-in was quick and efficient. They proactively reminded us about high-altitude precautions, and when they learned we had mild altitude sickness, they thoughtfully brought us ginger tea and glucose. They also patiently recommended local attractions and were gentle and patient throughout. These small details truly made us feel cared for.
The hotel's overall decor is refined and elegant, blending a minimalist ******* style. The public areas are clean and tidy, with plants adding a lovely ambiance. Our room had excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable. With diffused oxygen supply throughout the room and underfloor heating, we slept soundly and comfortably even at an altitude of over 3,000 meters. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and grasslands, and the private hot spring tub was perfect for washing away the day's driving fatigue.
Whether for a short rest or a longer stay, Yunxi Residence is an excellent choice for accommodation in Xinduqiao. I'll definitely be back next time I travel along G318.

Guest UserI've had this place saved for a long time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! First off, the room was clean and tidy, and it even had underfloor heating. The owners, a husband and wife, were very warm and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Plus, the hot springs are natural – you can even see the spring source! There's one swimming pool and ten smaller soaking pools, all with constantly flowing water, which is incredibly clean. We even got to experience it during a snowfall, which was absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends!
