Best Western Plus North Houston Inn Suites

Needed a convenient hotel because my flight was canceled. This was perfect.

The property is located close to an interstate highway which was a bit noisy, but not too bad when in the room with the A/C running. On the other hand, the A/C unit was also loud. On the first room, the door handle did not automatically lock when leaving the room, so the person at reception immediately gave us another room. The door handle on the second room locked, but the screw for the handle was almost coming out. Otherwise, most everything else was functional.

Due to power outage we were told that we can't check in, at 2am, after booking a room , paying for it in full, and taking an Uber ride from airport. Left stranded in a middle of nowhere at 3 am. Waiting for a full refund, still

Everything was perfect, front desk was respectful, and nice, room was cleaned, everything in room worked, pool was nice and clean and hotel wasn't to far from anyplace you needed to go and also got my deposit back fast, I will stay here again

Staff customer service was excellent. Mr. Jai at the front desk was very nice, courteous, understood my needs and thus helped me accordingly.

The rooms were excellent & smelled amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt safe & the property was clean.

My stay was very relaxing from start to finish. I checked into my room on the third floor, it was quiet, clean and spacious. It was surrounded by restaurants all in walking distance breakfast the next morning was ok. I felt it could have been better, maybe next time. Overall it was a good stay

We’ve stayed here several times and always have a wonderful experience. This hotel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. Proximity to the BMX track is great.
