It was not good like other sheraton

It was a nice hotel, but an old one. You could tell that by the color of everything. However, they kept it quite clean and maintained. It was really nice for the price. Not too far from the West Loop area. The breakfast was just okay. Overall - I’d stay it’s a nice place for a short stay.

I've stayed at the Sheraton Brookhollow numerous times over the years. I like its cozyness and its proximity to my family in Houston. It's my favorite place to stay in Northwest Houston.

The service is very good. The hotel is a bit old and close to several highway junctions, so it is very noisy at night.

Very good and economical! Except for the bed being a bit soft, everything else is good! It would be even better if there is a humidifier! The weather is related to the indoor air conditioner. The air is very dry!

The parking lot is large and the location is convenient for driving. The deposit was refunded quickly after check-out, which is great👍If you don’t have a car, don’t come here.

It would be easier to communicate if we could arrange for them to speak Chinese.

It is 15 kilometers away from the city and more than 40 kilometers away from NASA. The hotel facilities are very old. There is no laundry service. Laundry detergent is not provided and guests need to buy it themselves. The service is not very user-friendly.

The equipment is relatively old. I asked about it. In a hotel in 1995, the air conditioner was loud. It felt a bit like a motel. There was no refrigerator or microwave. I didn't like this hotel very much.
