We stayed at St Ives for a weekend away while celebrating a friend's wedding in the area. St Ives is very well located across from Piggly Wiggly which is super convenient and was just 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. The premises was so peaceful and beautifully tended to with animals walking around freely. The rooms were big with a comfortable king size bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a kitchen area with just what you need. The unit was air-conditioned so we were always comfortable (it was a very warm weekend). The Boma is a vibey place to hang out, the service and food was excellent and very well priced. We will definitely return.

Love the view, spacious room with the fireplace and complementary wood, cutlery and crockery in spacious cupboards, boma for lunch and friendly service. Please add a hairdryer to the room and re-enamel the bath - room 2

We were the only ones there when we stayed. It was a Monday so the restaurant wasn’t open, yet we had a great time. Beautiful grounds, accommodation clean and well kept. Sitting and watching the animals wander with a fanatic view was an amazing experience.

We were the only guests the night we stayed. The room was large and well equipped, with a lovely view. We did have to go out for dinner, though, as we were there on a night when the restaurant was closed. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and having the animals wandering around the grounds.

We stayed at St Ives last being a couple years ago and were lucky to get a booking for the weekend. It was our first time staying in the family suite with our new baby and it exceeded expectations. Absolutely serene and beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the serviced was great and the family 4 sleeper was really spacious, clean comfortable. Lots of space to perhaps add a small dining table and a side table with a lamp so we don't have to have the bright lights on at all times in the living space. The dam was really beautiful with lots of fish and we also loved the wild animals roaming around us freely. Dinner at The Boma was superb - excellent pizzas!

We attended a wedding and decided to stay at the venue. The venue and location was beautiful. The rooms were dated, old, smelt strange and full of insects. Also I had my child with me and we paid a surcharge which was no problem, when we asked for a towel for him they refused (still not sure why, was told guest steal towels) The bathrooms are so old and dated and we were not able to get hot water, the shower also leaked ND the entire floor was wet. Please also not my entire immediate family stayed there and we had booked a total of 5 rooms but a towel could not be spared. It's truly a beautiful venue but the rooms need urgent work and the staff at reception can't talk properly.
