I'd say the hotel was good, especially the room in the new building. However, there's something that should be improved. To begin with, I found that only few staff are friendly and service minded. We weren't impressed by the two female receptionists during our stay. It's understandable that your hotel has a lot of guests but that doesn't mean that some of the guests should be ignored and not treated well. Apart from that, I would suggest that the breakfast at the hotel should be adjusted. As your hotel provides the self- making breakfast on the pan, which might be good for both employees that it might lessen their restaurant responsibilities and guests for cooking meals as the way they want. There's something that should be concerned that those pans cause a ton of smoke in the dining room, which can be bad for your employees' health and the room itself can be all smoky. Overall, these are problems that I have experienced during our stay, and hope that they should be improved. Best.
