早上下高鐵提前聯繫的，明確説不要靠平台的房間，前台説有，到了又強調一遍，開了房進去一看，靠平台，無語，完全對牛彈琴，
説半小時後打掃衞生好了換一間，我忍着睏意等了半小時又等15分鐘，被告知還要40分鐘，，很絕，不理解是前台不認真隨口説還是怎客房打掃需要2小時
上午的房間太困了沒仔細看，下午換了一個，絕了，桌子上一摸一手油，油厚到什麼程度，把桌子上放的兩張紙全部浸透了，自己擦了，又摸牀頭櫃，一手灰忍不了，叫前台進來重新打掃，保潔進來給桌子抹了一遍
然後我穿單衣在房間開窗透氣，關上後覺得有點涼，想開空調提一下温，31度結果吹冷風，打電話給前台，好傢伙，那接線旁邊的嘴叨叨，什麼（我的媽），素質很低，態度差，接線的竟然以為我是大白天蓋着被子覺得冷？？問我要不要加床被子，絲路清新，淮安降温也就十來度白天房間內開點暖風有問題？這，，我住的是你家還是沒付錢
過了一會兒來了個人咣咣敲門，巨大聲，問了嘴説遞水果？？？很牛啊，這態度你説你收規費我都信
對了，房間內冰箱裏的罐裝可樂雪碧紅牛沒有標註，喝了要10塊一罐，退房不説，按金直接扣。
房間其他衞生可見圖，洗手間我就不拍了地面牆壁差不多，態度呢，各位自己品。

提前與前台小姐姐lwj電話溝通了房間加床，到了已經加上了，因為有小孩子，到了再加不方便。酒店很人性化 好評！
設施：設施設備完善，有什麼需要一溝通馬上就送到房間了。衞生：乾淨整潔。環境：安靜，整晚也沒有聽見什麼動靜。
