以為是公寓，結果是酒店式的。設施比較陳舊，衞生條件一般，空調不太暖和，不過在附近來講性價比沒的説，樓下就是萬達，出行也很方便。

民宿在萬達廣場樓上，離古運河生態廣場不是很遠，淮安是個吃貨的天堂，好吃的東西太多了。這家民宿在萬達的30樓，視野開闊，晚上可以看城市夜景。樓下公交車就可以直接到達火車站和高鐵站，還是挺方便的。

性價比高，但是房間衞生間在床旁邊，有一點點味道，我住的那天晚上半夜房間外面突然有人很大聲的喧嘩，老闆和清潔阿姨人都還挺好，看中性價比的可去
