位於官廳水庫的觀瀾墅裏面，出門就能下到水庫湖邊。小區環境優雅，免費停車。酒店自帶温泉，早餐一般能吃飽。小區內衹有2個飯店，味道還不錯，價格不貴。

晚上入住的時候等了半天服務員才過來，不過倒是熱情，親自帶進房間，説明具體使用細節，但是無線網不能用，主要是沒有無線網電視不能看，兒子説泡着温泉就得看着電視，結果給前台打電話，前台説電視就是不能連網，真是無語，屋內設施説實話一般，不值1400一晚的價格，前台告訴我們早餐七點半到九點，我們八點去了結果啥都沒有了，説人家團餐已經吃完，沒有了，等前台過來確認後又給加了點兒吃的，包子，花捲，雞蛋，粥，鹹菜，其它啥都沒有，我們還是VIP，結果衹能吃點殘羹冷炙，還不如團餐吃得好，還不如早點攤吃的好呢！真是無語！位置確實不錯，臨近湖邊，可惜我們的房間看不到水，被旁邊的樓擋住了，吃完早飯也沒啥心情，去水邊拍了幾張照片就開車回京了，很不滿意的一次入住！

帶老爸老媽來玩，整體環境不錯，星座私湯房間還是很大的，但是星座房兩個房間沒有門隔音，會影響一家子人睡覺，屋裡的私湯放水實在是太慢了，和後來住的其他民宿比差了一些。公共區域的私湯需要提前詢問，不是天天開，接待團體的時候才會開，而且衹開部分區域，但是景色真好，可以泡湯時看見小洱海的景色。早餐非常簡單，衹有花捲，包子，小米粥，幾樣小菜，和房間價格比有點不配。整個小洱海的環境還是非常好的，拍照也非常出片。午飯吃的酒店自助餐，和早餐同一個位置，58 一位，不貴但是特別期望太高，主要為了迎接團體所以不能點菜，菜的樣式較少。晚飯大眾點評查到了旁邊一個湖畔酒屋，炒菜好吃不貴，需要開車出去。酒店整體還是需要繼續改進的，但是環境確實適合帶家人來玩

房地產開發的綜合園區，環境粗放，酒店附近的獨棟別墅很多都在裝修或者空着；酒店室內裝修比較古老；房子內電源開關太多難以分辨；衣櫃門關上就會有高頻聲音，估計是電路問題（打開櫃門聲音才停）；星座主題房的樓道台階都是木質且中空，沒有鋪地毯，有人走路的話房內聽到聲音很大；家庭房可以住六個人，但是熱水器之內每人洗完30分鐘加熱才能下個人洗；自助早餐種類很少，衹有幾種涼菜和包子、油餅、小米粥和豆漿，包子不寫什麼餡兒，而且我早上九點來的基本就沒啥可吃的了；園區內唯一超市可買的東西很少；園區內唯一咖啡廳，員工很神奇一份咖啡豆兑兩份牛奶就是兩份拿鐵，一杯32元；附近**外賣啥也沒有，衹能搜到五家花店；所謂小洱海景觀衹能遠處看看，十分荒涼。
領班男經理人不錯，熱情友好，是本次住宿唯一亮點。

很不錯的酒店，春節攜長者和孩子到懷來玩，去了雞鳴山和雞鳴驛，後入住此酒店，酒店所在別墅社區就在官廳水庫旁，環境一流，人少清凈，空氣好。冰雪項目免費玩。酒店服務非常好，泡了温泉，又到房間的池子泡，很舒服。帶孩子參加了春節親子畫糖畫活動，很開心。酒店房間乾淨整潔，提個建議，希望早餐品種豐富些，早餐口味不錯，但就是樣數少些。再有就是房間價格再便宜點就好了😃。

十分不錯，很棒！性價比高。酒店緊挨官廳水庫，湖景房視野非常開闊，小陽台臨水庫，觀景佳。房間內設施齊全，很舒服，就是飲用水不夠，這地方氣候幹，用水量大，建議自帶足夠飲用水。該酒店及周邊的用餐時間八點左右結束，建議提前計劃好吃飯時間，酒店餐廳的菜品為家常菜，味道挺好，菜量相當大，葱油餅、垮燉、韭菜小蝦等都不錯。前台服務態度很熱情，介紹酒店詳細，有需要聯繫很盡責。水康養温泉僅開了室內，部分不熱，而且一個人帶孩子就一個毛巾，也無熱飲用水，體驗感都比較低，不如有一個單個恆温游泳池來的實在。冬日歡樂嗨冰雪項目很好，在官廳水庫上滑冰車，場地大，玩的很開心，還有冬釣等，冬天適合帶孩子來玩，小孩會玩的樂不思蜀不想走，值得推薦。

房間很乾凈整潔，居住舒適度很高，服務也很好入住以後就有專門的民宿管家提供服務，辦理完入住就出去玩雪了，中午食堂單點的飯菜也很合口味，早餐是含在住宿裏的，晚上還可以泡泡湯泉非常不錯的地方，下次還會在來。

衞生：乾淨整潔挺好的
環境：歡樂嗨冰雪很適合帶着孩子去玩待半天沒問題，因為是剛剛開放温泉療養簡直和私湯沒區別，孩子玩很開心
其他：酒店還提供了其他的項目，音波治癒，瑜伽館，親子互動項目，電影等，因為帶着小孩以及時間問題，我們主要玩的冰雪和温泉
這個時間點，冰雪娛樂和幾乎相當於私湯的温泉，這個價格值得去。
