前台把房卡給到我，到房間開門時居然打不開是沒有給我刷卡直接就把房卡給到我，等就等了，進門一看馬桶也是發臭的，廁所都沒有餐巾，床上還有頭髮，枕頭都沒有換過黑漆漆的，當時整個人都不舒服了，我覺得酒店管理應該要重視一下員工培訓以及衞生檢查吧，還是説酒店因為我們是在網上預訂的所以隨便給我們一個客人住了剛剛退房還沒有收拾的房間吧

環境差，地板都是破的，房間小，設施陳舊，服務極差，交了100塊錢按金，退回來90，就有點疑問，就反饋了一次，然後今天才給我打電話來，來的第一句話説什麼我們把床單弄一一大堆血，發生了不愉快的事，杯子還碎了一個，説什麼那個女孩晚上3點還報警，我就很好奇，我説沒有，她還一直説，衣服 都不對，再講我們下午三點就退房，怎麼會晚上3點報警，真是搞笑，當時不小心搞了點油在上面，你打電話過來説這個事，我也沒什麼可説的，但你來跟我説這件事，我説是不是搞錯了，她一口咬定沒錯就是這個房間。之後就是嘴上説説什麼搞錯了，講之前不怎麼好好想想是那個房間，現在就一句簡單的道歉，就自己掛了，就這態度，服務。給你個忠告，以後要搞清楚再説，不要瞎説，説話不要那麼篤定，要搞清楚。建議以後再去培訓培訓吧。

這個酒店的漏洞就是打掃衞生的阿姨 每次讓她打掃衞生語氣都跟質問我一樣 走的時候衣服和水杯都落下了 酒店也沒打電話給我詢問是否要丟棄就直接給我丟了 那是我最喜歡的一件衣服 説什麼以為是垃圾 從來沒見過這種直接就給人家丟了的 這個酒店的保潔連最起碼的常識都沒有 太垃圾了
