We are from Uk but came from Dubai to climb Yellow mountain. The hotel was perfect. They upgraded us to a big family room. The restaurant for breakfast was great with western and Chinese food. There is another restaurant for dinner.
It is a real boutique hotel and off the main road where all the big hotels are. Very clean. Clarins in the bathroom. Staff speak enough English and have driver to take you around.
Very good. Highly recommended. The area is really beautiful.

定的大床房，實際類似套房，有客廳有休息房間，有浴缸，前台小姐姐非常熱情，服務很到位，因為感冒還幫我延時退了房，休息的很滿意，早餐不是自助，自己單點加配餐，熱茶和配菜很滿意，吃的很好，臨走幫忙叫了拼車，價格合理，這趟黃山之旅非常滿意。

最大的問題是冷
趕上南方比較寒冷的季節，濕氣很重，兩個空調開了一晚上，仍然很冷。
然後熱水開了半天才流出來，晚上也不好洗澡，因為太冷了，再加上熱水流速慢水量小。
總體其他設施服務這些都還可以，但對於一個長期習慣暖氣的人來講，這一點是扣分項。

原來住過的酒店滿了，臨時找的酒店，就是沒明白黃山的五星酒店到底是怎麼評的？這種酒店怎麼評的五星？連中央空調也沒有的酒店。
餐廳估計也是預製菜。

給父母定的房間，住進去後居然是套間並且有按摩椅，爬完黃山父母按摩後有很大緩解疲勞，酒店員工特別好，也很熱情，以後有機會還會選擇該酒店

非常棒。我們訂的四人套間，九華山過來，然後第二天黃山，排隊洗澡，熱水順暢舒服。睡的房間雙層窗户配備紗窗，很安靜。內部沙發也很舒服，尤其換衣鏡，好心情。早餐炒時蔬三種可選，青翠欲滴，早上吃很完美，兩天品種都不一樣。送乘叔叔點贊！！！地理位置也很好，晚餐外邊吃，就路口轉右手邊那家街什麼…徽菜很好吃。第二天跑遠了去徽菜三十年什麼的不好吃。抱歉沒拍照片，但，推薦！！！
