在會東出差一直入住這家酒店，今晚辦理入住的時候讓我很不爽，一直叫我交按金，我從凌晨一點多等到凌晨三點多，我不交按金不給辦入住，叫他們給我的房間退了，也不給退，不是交不起按金就覺的在這裏住了半年一點信任都沒有．以後來會東再也不會入住這家

前台服務越來越差，尤其是值夜班的，上班時間和男朋友聊得歡，開個房間半小時弄不明白，入住客人的弄錯，沒有賠禮道歉，房間裏沒有電話，聯繫客服很不方便！前台人員作裝不統一，這個價位的酒店，這種服務人員，還不如一個快捷酒店！再也不住了
