The first time I stayed in a broken sea view room was a really bad experience. I checked in before 11pm. During the check-in process, the front desk staff loudly announced my room number when there were other unfamiliar guests (a girl traveling). I really hope it will be improved. The second point is, can you believe that half of the glass window of my sea view room was broken? I struggled for a long time whether I should check out and find a new hotel (it was also inconvenient to find a suitable hotel at night). I was really worried that I would be blown out of the window like the news. I called the phone number on the room card several times but no one answered. The room phone was also useless. However, the boss answered politely when I called to inquire about the wifi, and readily agreed when I asked if I could delay the check-out until 2 o'clock.
