The hotel facilities are old and the shower switch on the top of the shower is broken. The water in the noodle pool is too small, and there will be hot water after leaving it for a while. The most dissatisfied stay in the overall evaluation was simply not up to the standard of a four-star hotel and the price was high.

設施有些年代了，衞生也還可以，環境不錯，服務比較落後了，手續麻煩，攜程訂了2間房，住的時間交100元的按金，退房的時間每間房又交3元，才退還按金，手續才算辦完，這樣的手續這些年還是第一次遇見，有點不習慣

特別喜歡這裏的環境，小橋流水，亭台樓閣，出門就是古城，好多美食，前台服務很好，很安靜，清幽，推開窗户，入眼皆是風景！每次來都住這裏，以後來還會繼續住這。建議早餐的餌快絲按照會理地道的雞火絲餌塊的來做就更棒了！
