環境還不錯，衞生也還行吧，如果太過追求完美的話就差點兒意思了啊。服務還有提升空間，客房服務包括前台還有很多提升空間。如果粗枝大葉還好，要是體驗過好的服務的話就感覺還要學習吧。

房間非常乾淨，看得出用心打理的樣子，早餐也很好。最值得誇讚的是游泳池，池水清澈透亮，池沿磚是防滑的，池子還挺大的，也夠深，説實話，跟國際一線大牌比也不遜色，健身房也挺好，設備不錯。

海拉爾出差，辦理入住時使用攜程權益被前台客服升級到了行政大床房，非常nice。海拉爾地方不大，酒店的位置很方便，房間也很温暖，-35℃的天氣房間裏面穿背心短褲完全沒問題，酒店服務人員態度非常和藹，健身房游泳池配備齊全。如果非要説缺點，那就是停車收費，地下車庫50/天。如果下次有機會再來海拉爾出差，我會繼續選擇這家酒店。
