"The overall feeling of the hotel is quite good. The location is very good. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the night market and other places. "I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again."

"Facilities: It is convenient to order takeout with a robot! The room has electric curtains, the toilet is the most old-fashioned, and the bathroom smells a bit! The air conditioner has only a small outlet, and the bed is inside. The air conditioner is still very hot when it is turned on to 18 degrees, and the temperature is displayed as 25.5! The TV can't cast the screen! Environment: Very noisy! It happened to be a China-Korea trade meeting, there were a lot of people, no parking spaces, and no one came to guide parking. There were cars parked everywhere in front of the hotel! Service: The service is OK. I was woken up by the waiter early in the morning, all kinds of noise! ​​There is a construction site next to the hotel, and the house is being built, and the noise is loud! The sound insulation is too poor! In the morning, the neighbor was cleaning the room, vacuuming and clanging, and I couldn't sleep well at all! The sound of water running upstairs is also very clear!"

"The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. "Overall, the hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was easy to find with excellent amenities nearby. There's a pharmacy just to the left when you exit, and an internal passage leads to a supermarket. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and there was plenty of seating. Underground heated parking (essential for cold regions): When we booked, the heated parking was complimentary with our stay, unlike other hotels in Hailar that charge extra. All we needed to do was register our license plate number at the front desk, and we could access the heated garage from the hotel's left side. During winter, spots can be a bit tight, but there are always enough available!"

"What I value most when traveling is hygiene. The hygiene of Hulunbuir Hotel is very good. Whether it is the lobby restaurant or the room, it is spotless enough, which makes me feel at ease. "The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, with disposable face towels, makeup remover cotton, toiletries, and a towel dryer. If you are afraid that the towel will not dry after taking a shower, it can be heated. There is a small refrigerator in the room, and mineral water and two small drinks are given. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good, smiling, and speaking very kindly. You must use the room card to swipe the elevator to go up, and there is privacy."

"Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub. Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left."
