優點：有司機陪同房，十一的時候定了一部，免費升級到了最好的三部，環境很好床很暖，早餐巨豪華奶茶，小菜，肉包，他們家在室韋算是一流了。缺點：我這間廁所下水比較差，沒洗多久水就滿出來了。酒店裡鎮上有點距離大概1公里左右晚上比較黑走的有點遠。

被賣了！酒店連續來電話要給我升級換酒店，第一個電話沒同意，第二次來電話感覺不同意也不怎麼好勉強同意了，結果妥妥的被坑，給換了個WiFi連接不了，在號稱中國最冷的地方沒空調沒暖氣（空調開不了，一個根本不會熱的風幕機取暖）設施簡陋的酒店房間，一晚上被凍醒好幾次！

客服給我們換了套娃風景酒店衞生一般，看到房間門口有老鼠夾設施比較舊，洗手池、花灑有水垢，花灑壞了的，很小水量

一進門就看見桌上顯眼位置散落的毛髮，淋浴房實在臟的進不去，導致一家人一晚都沒有洗漱淋浴，馬桶裏還留着黃色的污漬。
