Very disappointed!!! I stayed over an extra day from my convention to rest. I was not told the pool would be closed or o would have went to another hotel. This should be on website & communicated at check in.

The only thing they should add to the room would be a regular comfortable chair, if could fogure out where to place it.

Our room was clean on arrival, no complaints. We had a room that looked over the parking lot which was also ok cause we had a view of our car. Front desk was friendly and helpful

Shower and sink very difficult to get hot water from. It takes over 5 minutes for hot water supply to begin the water pressure poor

We arrived from our cruise and I immediately called the hotel and asked if we could do an early check-in. I was trying that usually the earliest housekeeping would be able to get a room available would be around 1:00pm. We arrived around 11:00am fully expecting to Wait around at least another 2 hours. Upon arrival they told housekeeping to put a rush on the 2 rooms for us. Within an hour my boys were able to relax and lay down in their room. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to making it stay more enjoyable.
Now that is why the Hilton Brand is ALWAYS a TOP BRAND. It comes down to service and the way they treat their guests. TOP NOTCH!!!

The bathroom door didn’t lock. The front staff didn’t say “hi” when we passed by. Housekeeping didn’t leave more shampoo.

The property is new, about 8 months old. It was pleasantly clean, comfortable and safe, and close to the I95 exit. There was different dining and shopping options. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stay for 1 night for an early fly. It's 15 minutes top from the airport MCO. It has Hampton standards. Since it's a new establishment, it feels new.
