😒Worst experience ever, One of the worst places I've ever been. It is a nice facility that was wrecked by a group of unprofessional blood suckers with no knowledge of the hospitality- Poor customer service by all workers. - Poor food causes illness. - poor pest control. - Poor cellphone service and Wi-Fi - dreadful unwelcome especially the staff at the reception, the bar guys in the main entrance, and all or most of their employees there are terrible, not for any personal reasons, but more as a result of management practices. As a result of this hotel, the rest of my trip to Egypt was completely ruined. My whole family and I went there 07/28 to 08/1. We had seven rooms. The Receptionists, bar workers and animation staff needed to learn communication skills and how to deal with clients. - extremely rude staff. They stared at you to examine you, pushed you off, and the pool workers yelled at people for not returning their dirty cups to the bar. They were also unaware that I speak Arabic and were gossiping about people mocking and verbally assaulting them, as well as flattering females. Harassed by spa men every single minute. Bathrooms are filthy with no hot water for the whole stay. Food only catered for Russian. It is quite limited and basic; it is not international. With an extremely long waiting line, it was really difficult to find something to eat. There aren't enough tables for everyone, so you stand about waiting for someone else to finish before begging someone to clean up and offer you a seat. In summary, this hotel appears far nicer in the videos than it actually is. A very little beach area. All of the sun lounges surrounding the pool and on the beach are in poor condition. This hotel caters only to Russians, who are given priority at the bars. The all-inclusive beverages are served in filthy small cups. All in all, very disappointing especially after the week in July we spent at Sierra in Sharm which was stunning! On the bright side, they have a few gems working for them, such as Medhat and the chef that I forget his name in the main dining room. On the last day, they want to satisfy us by providing sandwiches for kids to take on the plan. And asking for another chance to get decent service. But unfortunately, this experience ruined our holiday and cost us money and effort. We paid for seven rooms a lot. The only advantage is that there are some corals and fish nearby.
