The room was very nice. The front desk was nice also. I am a little frustrated that I paid extra for breakfast but wasn’t able to utilize it. On weekends it opens later than during the week and my daughter’s volleyball started before the breakfast opened so I wasted $20 on a meal we couldn't eat.

Really nicely remodeled Holiday Inn. Beds were very comfortable, Pool area was nice. Didn't get to use a hot tub as it was non-existant and being remodeled, but no big deal. Lots of Resteraunts nearby and a decent breakfast buffet for $10

The rooms are clean, but the lack of easily accessible electric outlets at the desk made work very difficult. Or the ability to charge a cell phone.

We had just checked in and were in the room about 15 minutes when a staff member just opened our room door and said sorry and ran off closing the room door. The staff member did not even knock. When I ran after her she was already at the stair door. When I asked her why she came to my room, she said she was checking to see if we needed towels. If that was the case, why did she not ask us so and why did she not have any towels in her hand. I find the lack of privacy give me less trust and security to return to this hotel. Even though the hotel is under renovation, their was no discount. My room was situated near the elevators (people laughing and talking as they came out of the elevator) and the vending machine (someone was pounding on the machine which woke me out of my sleep) which makes it a noisy night for a very light sleeper.

VERY nice room. Felt right at home immediately. My travel companion and I both thought the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The coffee selection in the room was tasty. Provided toiletries were nice. The only real area for improvement was the staff--they were adequate and checked us in and out efficiently. They were just missing that genuine warmth and welcoming that would have pushed our experience to the top!

Bathroom toilet runs day and night. Floors in bathroom looked like they were never swept or mopped. dressers and stand were dirty. Found Ants walking all over the walls. I asked front desk if they could get someone to kill them while out. They agreed but, when returned nothing was done. Thank goodness We just used the room to sleep and shower in.

First room that we went into wasn’t that great had a few complaints walked down to the front desk and they offered a new better room and it was great no complaints! Would stay again and it was decent rates

The front counter staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk called to make sure I was settled in and asked if I was satisfied with my room.
