The front desk service was very professional and enthusiastic. They reserved a room with a view for me. The view was very good. The sanitary environment was OK. For people with mysophobia, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is located in the city park. There are too many vehicles passing through the lobby entrance, and the speed is very fast. It is recommended that the hotel install speed bumps on both sides. The hotel facilities are good, the room is large, and the hygiene needs to be improved. For example, there are various stains on the surface of the table and toy seats. The weather is relatively hot. The air conditioner is turned on to send air. The hotel has not turned on the cold air conditioner. It is too hot to cover the quilt at night, and it is cold without covering it. I didn’t sleep well. You need to download the APP for the WI-FI in the room, otherwise it will be disconnected in half an hour. If you connect directly, you need to verify your mobile phone. The swimming pool does not seem to be for the hotel, but the guests staying in the hotel can use it. You need to press the room card and bring your own towels. There is no shampoo and shower gel for bathing. The experience is very poor. The breakfast variety can be more. This is a butterfly under Radisson, with five-star facilities, four-star service, and three-star management.
