It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Bar at ground floor, seems to be more busy. Their check in is at 1 pm and check out my 11 am next day. And early check in is with 1000 rupees. So plan accordingly. For someone who is coming early may be a challenge. Decent rooms, linen can be more clean.There is a work table, Two large chairs with a coffee table add to room ambience. Provide 2 water bottles with coffee maker. Soap and shampoo are there. Saw a foot massager in room. Can provide dental and shaving kit. Wifi is there,did not check. Number of eataries are there just outside the hotel. Luggages are kept in one corner, can have a luggage room for more safety.The hotel provides laundary service.

Breakfast is okay, juice is delicious ~ can add extra bed, I saw someone with a kid's area staying in the center of the city, there are food to sell around, not bad; there is parking lot ~ I do n’t know if it is a room change or why Yes, I connected to the wifi and disconnected the network for a while. There was no Internet connection for two days. It took a few minutes for the hot water to be available. There were also two Receptions, one high-end point and the other low-end point. Oolong driver carried me to the high-end front desk, but people told me that I did n’t have an order. Later, I waited for a while to find out before I said that at the low-end front desk. The mentality of the gap can be imagined. The room smelled of smoke, and it didn't look like 28 square meters at first glance ~ I immediately went to apply for a room change ~ Later I gave a similar room ~ Not a very pleasant experience ~ I learned a lesson.
