Around 10 minutes walk from the Grand Central Statation, water provided each floor, coffee and tea provided.

The shower was cold.

I made a reservation for 2 nights, but on the first day, dozens of people were overbooked at the same time, so after waiting for two hours I was kicked out to another hotel.. Of course I didn't have a choice.. I don't know if I move right away. .. I stayed for a day and came back to it, except for the cooking facilities.

I usually stay at Club Quarters Hotel. It is a short walk from Grand Central. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the indoor/outdoor area available for hotel guests. The entire facility is clean.

Very comfortable room. We stayed in the room with 2 beds. Spacious for 2 people. No daily room service unless you request it. But during our long stay of 5 nights theres a midway refresh aytomatically. The water refill station in the hall way was definitely a plus! Beds are comfortable. Need more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. But overall a pleasant stay! 5 min walk to the station!

Second time staying at this location and the staff and hotel itself were nothing but amazing from the moment I stepped inside. Can’t speak enough on how great and accommodating everything and everyone was. Will be staying here again in the future.

Very good staff friendly and helpful. Room was large and enough room for family of 4. Room did look a bit tired. Small holes in wall and scrapes and dents in walls. Furniture was a bit banged up too

Everything so fine, but elevators busy 24/7 almost. Small room makes for noisy neighbours... but come on, what you except its new york. loved it

Pretty central location. Nice area, right next to Grand Central Station and pretty close to 5th Ave. Room was comfortable and staff was nice.

The property itself is nice but the customer service was terrible. I had two bookings back to back and i wanted to avoid the need to check out between bookings. I recieved confirmation over a month before that this would be arranged. Upon arrival, i was assured yet again that i wouldn't have to check out between bokings. I confirmed yet again the next day. The following day, i was unexpectedly kicked out of my room and put in a similar room without a view, fridge or microwave. Don't expect much help from the staff.

We had a great stay! Comfy beds, great location and very nice staff! Within walking distance of a lot of places, Parking is a little bit away from hotel but you get a good discount at Parking place! Will definitely be back

I arrived early form a 18 hours flight and I've paid for an early check in. The guy at the reception did not give me any infiormation on the facilities at the hotel so I can wait inside and not in the rain and the cold ! All the other person at the reception were find but this one just give a very negative welcome and I didn't got te discovr the hotel because of him

I stayed for a week and had to ask 2 or 3 times a day to have my room cleaned and serviced. Very disappointed.

Great location and easy jumping off point to most places around Manhattan. Bathroom was not as clean as expected and the toilet looked like it had missed a cleaning. Building was on the older side and did not feel updated.
