Food was ok. However waitress very rude, clearly didn’t want to be at work. We did ask for some help a few times with the table and how wabbly it was but found it very hard as waitress was very rude.

Very bad service from restaurant and recepcion desk guy. Restaurant refused to give table on the sea view area spite was completly empty. After 5 minutes a couple arived and give them a table with out a problem.. needed to insist to get a table and after 2 hours, kpet empry. Wonder why. Pillar was the first girl to refuse but other guy, a bit oldef did the same. In the end extra drinks were charged. Keep a look on the check. To complaint the recepcion guy refused to give invoice and after asking to complaint he refused to give his name. Very bad. Ps.

My room faced the centre of the bay and I loved waking up to the sunrise each morning. Reception was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything and restaurant had a good buzz most times of day. Room was cleaned every day with towels and bedding changed too if wanted. Breakfast was not elaborate but plentiful and did the job. Appreciated that room had a small fridge and option for heating as well as air con. Only complaint would be walls quite thin so woken by other peoples alarms a few times! Safe to walk around bay at night and about 30 min walk into old town.

While I appreciate this is a 2 star establishment it is in serious need of some attention. The bedroom we had had paint coming off the ceiling, a broken wardrobe, a balcony door that barely opened and a balcony of pure rust, but great sea views. The restaurant was great and always very busy form 8am breakfast to close at 1am so surely some money could be ploughed back into the hostel? A request to also ask the staff to smile occasionally please. In the reception there were 4 sun beds to borrow but between them they didn’t have all parts to make one bed. We later noticed there were significantly more but guests where taking them to their rooms at night ! Great location, in need of some love..€182 per night

I had a great stay because the receptionist, Johanna, was so lovely & kind plus the room looked out to the sea.. was insanely beautiful to wake up at sunrise and watch it. Was a magical moment! Breakfast was included which was great as what a beautiful place to have a coffee and have your brekkie. Talamanca is great, I love this beach. YOu can take the city boat to the old town or another cool couple of cafes - Cappuccino/Calma it's a few euro and a cool thing to do - or you can walk, it's not far around 30 mins max. This is a really nice place to stay, perfect location within reach of Dalt Vila/Ibiza city and the nicest "city beach" around the town. Thanks for your kindness Johanna it was a pleasure to meet you! :)

this hostal has a perfect location near ibiza town, just behind the port, and on the beach. Awesome when you want to take the little boat to Ibiza (5 min walk, gorgeous little ride by boat with amazing views). If you have a downstairs seaview room, your balcony is literally on the beach. Just hop over and you're there. Amazing views. The hotel has a great fish restaurant and lovely smoothie bar (expensive, large smoothie for 7,50) . just it can be a bit noisy when you wish to turn in before midnight cause of restaurant and bar being open. But that s ibiza i guess. Great (new) bamboo mattresses though. Its really quite a beautiful spot, with lots of wine leaves and plants

Hello, good morning, I am writing because my partner and I have just had a very bad experience. We were trying to have breakfast at the Hostal Talamanca restaurant, in Talamanca as its name suggests. I wanted to report it because it caused psychological damage to my partner, with anxiety attacks because of what happened. It is a site that is not only mediocre, it is worse. My partner and I went for breakfast. We sit down and they give us the menu, after 20 minutes without serving us, the waitress Angie Rodríguez begins to serve tables that arrived later. I call her 3 times and she ignores me, to which the fourth time I call her she comes to the table, I ask her for breakfast and I tell her that I am also a waitress and that she must be served in order. This "Miss" Angie Rodríguez, not only starts yelling at me because I ask her for the claim sheet, but she accompanies me inside and with exact words tells the colleagues: "waitress number 1 wants a claim sheet", I instantly He looks at me and threatens me, telling me: I hope we meet on the street. He refuses to take care of us and to tell me who is in charge of him and as if that were not enough, he prevents his colleagues from taking care of us under the right of admission. One of her colleagues sends us to the chill out and serves us the coffee, in which Miss Angie comes threatening that in no way were they going to serve us, my partner was turning the coffee around and this lady takes the coffee from her hands by spilling it on. He doesn't apologize. I discover that there is a second person in charge, I tell him about the inconvenience and the gentleman limits himself to telling me that: "it's not such a big deal either". It is unfeasible to pay a high price and with a bad service of this category. In the end I managed to fill out the claim form. I hope that clients who are considering going do not go, since it is a shame that these things happen on an island like Ibiza, since I have lived here since 2010 and neither tourists nor residents have to tolerate these attitudes towards the public.

On the plane you have time and therefore here is my somewhat longer review! 😏 This hostel is a **-star hotel at prices that are more familiar elsewhere from upper middle-class bathing hotels. This aging house is very worn and in need of renovation in places. The owner photos that are mostly shown no longer have anything in common with reality! It is the good location of the hostel that allows almost everything and gives the owner an enviable income without much effort. – If the sea wasn't roaring right in front of the door and Ibiza town wasn't around the corner, then I certainly wouldn't want to pay 50 euros per bed and breakfast elsewhere for this "better guesthouse". Windows and terrace doors are stuck, furniture is defective, holes in wooden doors, broken water taps and new but dangerous folding loungers, which Alibaba from China must have had to offer cheaply in mega packs. There were no towels for the same or for the beach. As so often, there is not enough storage space in the already small rooms, especially if you want to stay a little longer than just 2 nights. - It is and remains a mystery to me why you can't attach cheap hooks and shelves to the doors and walls in the rooms, as well as in the bathroom?! Even the shower gel cannot be turned off. Luckily we had a couple of plastic door hooks with us to at least hang up towels. These basics and maintenance of the rooms and the hotel should be expected at a price of 250 € / night. Within the framework of the given circumstances, the very friendly cleaning staff does their daily work very carefully! - The rooms are not dirty, so towels and beds are not, but you still can't really feel comfortable. – Tip: the ladies are happy to exchange the mega thick/hard pillows for more comfortable pillows! —/— Now to the actual problem - the associated restaurant!!! The first night we thought we would definitely eat here. In the candlelight, the restaurant + terrace showed itself from its best side. For a main course of “Clams” for €21 there were actually almost 20 of these small mussels on the plate. The mussels are said to be very expensive here at the moment! Maybe you should shop better in our METRO fish depar**ent?! 😏 But the kick-off is the breakfast offered here!!! If someone rates this subterranean offer in terms of quality and cleanliness as good or even top, then I better not know what it might look like at home and how they eat?! Almost everything is dirty here! Even the staff didn't even have clean clothes on in the morning for the 7 days. Dirty glasses and only the 4th plate in the stack was apparently clean after a muffin paper mold was still stuck to one. The staff even stacks new plates on top of the plates that the guests have sorted out
