房間清潔良好，房務部員工會在房客去晚間用膳時段送壼水入房間。
兩天懷石料理晚膳都不様，很有期待同新鮮感。歺廳員工非常有善，研習生英語很好又主動。非常欣賞歺廳員工服務，值得表揚！
酒店大堂設計傳統優美，處處設有鮮花擺設，簡直如藝術品。
房間設計頗為陳舊，但保養尚算不錯。

The staff was wonderful from check-in, parking, and luggage to advice about the area, the magnificient seasonal bonsai arrangements, and the kamisan's (hotel mistress) care that everything be done perfectly. The meals were kaiseki, delicious and in beautiful dishes. The Onsen was an indoor bath with an outdoor rotenburo looking at the hillside (lovely with snow, I think) with tsutsuji and, lucky timing: rare Katakuri blooming. The Natural waters felt like healing qualities, smooth skin. I hesitated to reserve this hotel because I didn't like the Bed-making in the picture. I felt if it was a little "hands-off". Would the cleaning, etc. also be "hands off?" But there were no problems there, clean, and modern, non-smoking room, even the windows were clean. But I took one star off the rating because the bed was rock-hard. Futon on tatami might be softer...

以前から泊まりたいと思っていてようやくかないました。女将さん、総支配人からウエイトレスに至るまで全ての従業員の方々のお客に対する心づかいが素晴らしく、このような旅館がまだあったのだと感激しました。サービス業の従業員不足が問題になっているさなか、お客の心に響く快適なサービスを提供するのは大変な努力がいると思います。食事も地元の食材を中心にバラエティに富んでおりとても美味しく頂けました。是非また利用したい。

子犬二匹と共に 宿泊しました。他部屋のペットの鳴き声も ほとんど 聞こえず 落ち着いて過ごしていました。子犬たちには とても 良かったです。菅の台バスセンターから数百メートル上がった太田切川沿いの橋前の 閑静な場所にあり 離邸 花心庵 17畳タイプの ペット同伴宿の部屋 が この夏にリニューアルされたので 宝剣岳や千畳敷カールを 散策トレッキングするために 利用しました。価格に 見合う それなりの食事 品数は 多いけど 味は イマイチかな 静かな十分な 空間で スタッフは 親切に 対応されていて 愛嬌も 良かった。改善してほしいのは部屋や館内のトイレが旧式のままなので最新にしてほしいです。

夕食のお品書きによるとお造りは信州サーモンと書いてあったがチリサーモンのようにパサパサしていた。また信州アルプス牛の朴葉味噌焼きというのも細く切った蒸した牛肉の上に味噌が載せてあったが牛肉の味はオーストラリア牛のように感じた。他にも加温循環した温泉が43度と熱すぎてゆっくりと浸かれなかったり子供夫婦と孫の特別和室は広くて良かったけれど私達夫婦のベットルームは狭いし木製の大きな箱の上に2枚布団が敷かれていたのでこれをベッドというのかという感じだった。景色だけは良かった。

別邸「一花一葉」 擬洋室（ツイン）に1泊2日で宿泊。 ●部屋について 別邸の部屋はデザイン重視なので寛ぐには少し狭いかなと感じる。 とは言え、不快な狭さではなくこじんまりとした部屋で籠る分には十分かと。 （2泊以上する場合はもう少し大きな部屋を選んだ方がベストかな） 部屋からは川が見え大きな川の音に癒されます。窓を閉めれば音は全く感じないが、時折隣の部屋の音が少し気になる（静かな人なら良いが騒ぐ人だったら厳しいかも） ●食事について 食事は全体的に濃い味かなと思います。 量も多く若者じゃなければ食べきれないくらいの量ですが、少ないよりは多い方が良い！ ● 従業員一人一人の接客対応も十分で気持ちが良いです。 最後に出発する時も玄関先まで出てきてくれて車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってくれていました。 今度は別の部屋にも泊まってみたいと思えるお宿でした。

食事が美味しいので有名な宿。 しかし，本音を語る口コミが多いトリップアドバイザーを，何度も読み返せばわかるように，もはや料理長が代わったのか，美味しいとは言えない。 料理にこれと言って美味しい品がないのは，残念だった。 接客は，支配人を代表として，全般に，ほぼ全員が，とてもよい。 接客が良いので有名な，仙仁温泉岩の湯 には及ばないまでも，かなり良い。 湯は，熱すぎると指摘があるように，23時閉鎖直前の，22時に行くと，適温になるようだ。 宿の温泉温度管理は，きっと間違っている。 部屋の空調管理もおかしい。 寝苦しいので，窓を開けて寝た。 館内には，動いていないエレベーターなど，見苦しい，不審な設備が見受けられた。 部屋のトイレのリモコン電池が，切れていたようだ。 料理は，リーズナブルなプランでなく，高額プランなら，満足できたのだろうか？
