1. In my series of reviews on smaller IHCL properties thanks to my frequent Tier-II / III town travels, I checked in to the Indore property on 28 Feb 24. 2. After a slightly underwhelming reception and an ordinary welcome drink, found everything in this property to be TAJ in capitals. 3. Great speaking to another very genial GM , Mr Mhatre and sharing our collective learnings. Just confirms my belief about small town but big heart properties. 4. Everything about the property was class and Everyone at the property humble. This is the truest reflection of the vision of the forefathers of this iconic name. As they say, CLASS with HUMILITY. 5. I have a special mention for the entire laundry / housekeeping team for doing what they are doing with utmost sincerity. 6. Chef Pawan and Steve besides happy employees like Rumchum make a big difference. Bravo Guys and Go Well Deeply appreciative of your warmth and hospitality. Rahul Tyagi

Experience was amazing.. Enjoyed a lot .. Abhilash trainer was too friendly Gym was too hygienic & spacious with mostly all the facilities arrnaged by Abhilash Trainer .. trainer was polite & helpfull…………… Had overall a very good experience

Excellent explanation in the gym, Abhilash makes sure to care for all requirements and tends to all needs. Equipment is well maintained and kept very clean. If you are a lover of workouts, this is surely the place to be. Thank you for the amazing stay

This was first time at Wow and I stayed for 3 nights. I had a amazing time here. It is a beautiful property. I used gym all 3 days during my stay and Abhilash the trainer at the gym was extremely courteous and helpful. He assisted me during my workout and he was thorough professional. I would recommend this property if you are in Indore. Food was great, need a little improvement though. I am sure it will be taken care of as well. Thank you Wow for the Wow experience.

Its a great hotel. Simple and calm The gym trainer Abhilash is really good. He facilitates your workout very well. He provides for whatever you need and regularly checks whatever you need. The staff overall is very good! The rooms are cozy and simple.

Fitness centre is well equipped. Trainer Mr. Abhilash is cordial and helpful . He gave me good exercise tips.. Hotel housekeeping services are very good. . Hotel is well placed. Hygienic tasty food is served... Rooms are well lighted and perfect for company visits .

The gym instructor Abhilash was great. Had a good workout Hotel very neat and clean nearby hospital mall, front office behaviour. Good housekeeping service, very fast and good pool area. Neat and clean gym. Very well. Maintain Mr Abhilash good gym trainer.

Had a wow weekend because we planned to check into the Wow Crest Hotel in Indore. They were spot on right after our booking was confirmed, calling to ask about our check-in, travel dates, and whether we required any assistance,a long forgotten but lovely gesture in the hotel industry today. The staff was courteous, the check-in process was smooth, and even the basic room we booked was super clean and well-stocked. The hotel has all the amenities and some lovely restaurants. The housekeeping team is super active, and the food is delicious. The hotel is situated in a comfortable location with no unwanted noise. Although the breakfast area is not grand in space, the staff was warm and welcoming, keen to serve. We specifically noticed how smoothly the entire operations were carried out under the guidance of their F&B manager, Mr. Jatinder, who was very much involved with his staff, ensuring all guests were comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. We would like to thank Gajraj and Nitanjali for their brilliant service. Kudos to the hotel for hiring such an efficient staff. We are definitely coming back.
