"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "This hotel is a great option for a layover, especially if you're arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, as it's less than a 10-minute drive from Bali Airport. The hotel's public areas are actually quite lovely, and it would be worth spending more time there, especially by the pool, if you have the chance. The only real downside was the cleanliness, particularly in the rooms. It might be acceptable for a business trip or a quick overnight stay, but if you're a cleanliness-conscious person, you might want to reconsider. We did spot a small cockroach in the room, which I guess is hard to avoid in a humid environment. As for service, I didn't have much interaction since I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I also had to carry my own luggage the whole time."

"The hotel boasts exotic Balinese design features and decorations.- like a palace courtyard.The rooms themselves are relatively old now but are spacious and stylish. Each unit has a balcony, a King bed (very comfortable), bedside light controls and powerpoints, wardrobe, effective air conditioning, refrigerator and ensuite bathroom. Rooms are serviced daily. Theres a laundry and a pool as well as a good breakfast served. For this price point, it really does represent outstanding value"

"The surrounding area has plenty of food options, and a taxi to the airport was a very reasonable 25,000 dong. The hotel also has a water dispenser. The internet speed was so-so, and the signal was weak further inside the room. The room itself was very spacious, though the table was a bit small. Hot water for showers was decent. The price was cheap, and breakfast was acceptable and good value for money."

"Completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel is very close to the airport and Kuta Beach, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The surrounding area is also great, with plenty of restaurants, and there's a large shopping mall just a few hundred meters away. Upon entering, you're greeted by a beautiful courtyard, and the front desk service is excellent, offering welcome drinks. The public pool and the landscape are stunning, with hammocks, swings, and sun loungers – very chill. We informed the hotel in advance that it was our honeymoon, and they prepared some lovely surprises, which we really appreciated! We also booked their honeymoon decoration package, which was incredibly sweet. We absolutely loved this hotel. The laundry service was good, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The restaurant was also nice, and having drinks there in the evening offered great value for money. If we come back to Kuta, we will definitely stay here again."

"Wifi is reliable. Room is big. However, the road going to the hotel is very narrow and our driver had a hard time locate it and car was not able to go inside. Street is a little beside a parking/convenience store, very not obvious road. Hope you can add some clothes hanger and add a disposable slippers, since the floor is cold. Refrigerator is a big help. I hope there’s more combination of light switch so it will not be too dark or bright in the room during sleep. I’m not sure if the place is under renovation but there was no proper lobby or reception area when we arrive but good thing is staff is nice and able to lend us a socket/adaptor and umbrella. Ambiance on the pool is good. We stayed in the 2nd floor and when it rained, the hallway in the middle and stairs are wet, hope you can install a roof on that part."

"1. The bathroom is very pleasant, spacious, and convenient. Nothing splashes onto the floor, and it closes perfectly. 2. The bed is excellent, with comfortable pillows and a mattress. The outlets are great, with ports for all possible plug types. 3. I didn't hear any excessive noise. 4. The internet is decent. I didn't test it for video conferences, but it was sufficient for everything else. 5. The service is good. We didn't have any complex questions, but everything else was very pleasant. 6. The location is excellent. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach. 7. The air conditioning doesn't blow directly onto the bed, and the room's atmosphere is pleasant. 8. The breakfasts were the best throughout our entire vacation in Bali (and we stayed in 6 hotels of different price categories). 9. The pool is very picturesque. You can watch the sunset from it! 🌇 10. No critters whatsoever; everything feels very safe and pleasant. 11. Value for money is 11/10. I didn't expect such quality. 12. The main advantages are the price and the breakfasts. Upon check-in, they even let us choose the scent for the room diffuser. The downside – we weren't the only ones who noticed how good the hotel is. As a result, it's quite fully booked."

"The first impression was negative. When I arrived, the reception was so noisy that the staff couldn't hear me at all. The reception area is open and located right next to a noisy road. You can also hear the noise of construction in the area. I hoped the rooms were quieter. The hotel is located in a kinda gorge near the river, the rooms are below the reception level. You can also hear the road and construction in the room. I was shown to my room, but the air conditioning remote control didn't work, it was stuck at 25 degrees. 4 or 5 staff came to my room trying to fix it, they were talking to each other, the door was open, the noise from outside was unbearable. After 2 hours a technician came and fixed the remote control. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation, I was advised to call the manager, the manager said that he was waiting for confirmation from the site, the site claimed that he was waiting for confirmation from the “partner”. After more than an hour of correspondence with support, I gave up and stayed at the hotel. I lived in room 255, above the room there was something like a terrace where there were tables. Starting from Saturday, I woke up at 8 in the morning from the grinding of furniture that was being dragged upstairs, although I always sleep with earplugs, there was zero sound insulation, you could hear every sound from the roof, for 3 days it was very noisy, until 1 in the morning tables and chairs were constantly moving. The location is average, close to the center by transport, there are cafes within walking distance. Pros: nice design, good condition of furniture and walls, comfortable bed, normal air conditioning, fairly large area, daily cleaning with replenishment of tea, coffee and water on request. The bathroom has toiletries, including even hair conditioner. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, the water was hot. Employees try to be polite. The room had its own router, Wi-Fi worked reliably. The pool is quite nice, beautiful garden and nature around. Cons: noise, stains on textiles here and there, slightly shabby walls, view of the wall (although it is called a view of the garden), the restaurant has a very limited choice of dishes and only local black coffee, only cash is accepted. There is a feeling of abandonment, perhaps now is not the season. The hotel has a spa and a shop, but they don't seem to be open. I have doubts about security, anyone can go down the elevator, there is no camera near my room. Perhaps the employees keep an eye on the visitors, but they spend more time on their phones and picking their noses. Sorry, but literally. I saw it myself, unfortunately. There was very little pressure in the shower, and the water drained quickly from the bathtub even with the plug closed. The hygiene shower was leaking, so there was always a puddle around the toilet. There were no towels are the pool for 2 days."

"I had amazing stay here. Superb clean! Very fast check in. Got space for my working space. Water heater got. Amazing wifi connection! Just a steep entrance. However staff hotel manage to get rental motorcycle easier! Overall 5star! A bit far from beaches, but very peaceful. Got security at entrance and safe! Every room have refrigerator! And overall awesome"
