"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the views were fantastic, and the location was excellent with easy access to the port. The staff provided good service throughout my stay, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and enjoyable each morning. The only minor downside was the elevator. There is only one, so waiting times can sometimes be a bit long, especially during busy hours. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Labuan Bajo, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The hotel is superb, I like the simple and comfortable design with good view from the room. They offered some water sports/activities for people to enjoy during their stay, the food at the restaurants are very nice too. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You can watch sunset from the beach club while enjoying the pool and facilities. My only concern was the in-room slippers which i suspect it was recycled, my feet stings after i wore it and so i decided to wear my own slippers in the room. With such premium hotel services and facilities, i think this is something that i couldn't accept, would be great to at least provide disposable slippers for guests. There is a spa in the hotel which I think it's overly priced, a 90min full body massage is the price of 4 pax 90min foot massage in town, the skills was so-so as well, I guess the price is offered for the sea view which you couldn't even enjoy much since you will be faced down during the massage. Overall still a great stay and I enjoyed!"

"Loved this hotel! The staff were very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. The place was clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. Breakfast was good, and all rooms have a sea view. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but there's a nice pool. It's a bit of a tough walk to town in the heat, so we took Grab motorbike taxis (there are no regular car taxis). Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel has very clear pros and cons. First, the cons: for this price point, the rooms are a bit small. It's also a little noisy due to its proximity to the pier. On the bright side, its location right on the main street is super convenient. The restaurant on the 6th floor offers a lovely sea view while you have breakfast. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good value for money. All drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and they deliver a small dessert to your room daily."

The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise."

"An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!"

"I didn't like booking a double bed room and the possibility to add another one bed to the room. We lived with a family of 2 adults + 1 children 10 years old. And we can't sleep all together on one big bed, so the request was to make sure to put another bed in the room. But in fact when we arrived, there was only one double bed in the room. I showed my request and they decided to arrange an extra bed with us. But it wasn't a full bed - it was just a mattress they put on the floor and lay a sheet. The blanket was not provided either - just some kind of paddle. The hotel is not in the city center, but farther away. You need to drive to the city either by car (or order through the recession, because there is no taxi to Labuan Bajo. Or call a motorbike)."

"This is the first time I've given a hotel a 6-star rating. It's a hotel that is perfect to the extreme, exceeding all expectations. Compared to their service, facilities, and environment, the price is incredibly cheap. The snorkeling environment is unbeatable. We saw turtles almost every day for 6 days, and they were right next to the island, along with colorful and diverse coral reefs. The water isn't deep, so you get a very close view. In the mornings, the waves were very small; for two days, there were almost no waves, making it perfect for beginners. We saw countless different fish species. The snorkeling environment felt very safe; we didn't encounter sea snakes, and sharks were far away in the deeper parts of the ocean. Staff would take us out in a small boat to a more distant part of the island, and we'd drift back with the current. Several times, I saw staff going out in a boat to check on guests who had stayed too long in one spot admiring the coral. The bedding is also excellent, very comfortable, and not damp. The price also includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which are very exquisite and plentiful. My only gripe is that after 6 days and 15 Western meals, I really couldn't get used to it. They even strictly adhered to Western dining etiquette, serving appetizers, main courses, and desserts in order, clearing plates before bringing the next course. The serving standards were also good. Boarding and disembarking boats felt very safe. The water isn't desalinated seawater, and they clean the rooms twice a day, even turning down the bed in the evening. The only minor issue was that the hot water in the bathroom shower was inconsistent. However, we usually showered after snorkeling in the mornings, so it was acceptable. The bath towels were white, soft, thick, and very comfortable and new, though they shed a few small fibers, probably because they were so new. This hotel alone is a reason to revisit Komodo."
