Best Western Airport Plaza Inn Hotel - Los Angeles LAX

NEVER STAY HERE unless you have nowhere to go!!! My room is right on the street, racing cars are roaring all over night, I can hear the noise big and lound even the windows are shut, all night! When I was checking in at around 10pm, I had to talk to the staff behind a window, and slide my passport and room keys through a small slot. I started to think it was not safe to stay there but it turned out the office was under construction! well, still dont feel good about it. the facilities are out of date, AC did work but was lound. anyway, it was a very unpleasant experience!

Need a place to stay after driving for 6 hours, and luckily they gave us a room with short notice. Comfy and clean!

This was a perfect hotel to be close to Sofi Stadium for a show we attended. Staff were all very friendly and helpful👍

Mildew, moisture, and mold! Lots of water leakage in the bathroom. Bathroom fan sounds like a motor engine thats slowly revving up. The air conditioner s Blows out midlewy smelling air. All the moisture buildup makes the room smell moldy, and to top it off the way they installed the window shades it won’t allow the window to open to air out the room so you have to open the door. Don’t do it!!!! The only good thing to say about this place is its location. It’s also a nice touch they offer a full breakfast but There are great diners and food spots all over the area. I’ve been coming here to stay for years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And it’s just how the hotels is managed. You should never give someone a room where the window can’t open to air out the flooding bathroom and mildewy air conditioner. This was a BIG disappointment.

overall stray was fine. we had 5 people, and got a 3 bed room which was very convenient. However, I have a doubt that we got infacted with bedbugs from the room.
