Pensiunea Boróka

This place has a horrible owner, called Laura, a woman with no respect for tourists, a person who inspected our fridge and told us that we broke the air conditioning. We have booked to stay for 2 nights at Boróka. At the first night, we pointed out that we do not have toilet rolls in the room, no soap and that the a. c. is broken. The owner said, in a very disrespectful way, that we have to bring our own toilet rolls and soap from home. She admitted that she inspected our fridge and that fridge in our room is not for our food. The morning after, we decided to leave because we were awakened to a tirrade of abuse, insults and screams fro. Laura. We asked Laura not to shout and she said she does what she wants because she has good references from her friends who come there. Disgusting place and totally disrespectful owner. There is no hospitality at this place. I would avoided like a plague. I'm sure that any good references can be written only by the owners or her relatives. I my opinion,Laura the owner has the perfect ability to lie, to humiliate the guests and to charge for services that she never offers. Do not stay at Boróka if want want to feel safe and not humiliated.

I stayed here for 2 days due to a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Good amenities, clean room , close to the city center. The food is also very delicious. I played pool with my colleagues, the pool table is right outside of our rooms so it's convenient. All in all I recommend this hotel.
