"Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers, but other amenities are provided. The balcony is nice, and while the bedroom isn't huge, the living room is quite spacious. The bathroom has two entry points and a bathtub, which is great for a soak. Both the room and living room air conditioning units work really well. The front desk service was good, but being rushed to check out by the cleaning staff wasn't a great experience. Overall, it's still excellent value for money, and the pool was open."

"It’s an amazing hostel. The only thing is that the kitchen closes early 10pm and I finish work late so I can’t make myself food."

"Very clean, our room had a great, well-equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster,.microwave, sink. Seemed as if all had been recently refurbished. Also access to larger, communal kitchen with fridges, hobs and more equipment incl air fryers (but air fryers were not clean). Outside area to eat, you can help yourself to fresh growing herbs. Outside pool. Laundry. Book share. Luggage storage. Good WiFi. Only draw back, was a bit noisy due to road. About 15 mins walk to a main bus station. About 25 mins to Southside and ferry. Great place to stay if you are mobile and happy to walk. Great for families if driving."

"The room 5067 Studio apartment was disappointing. The bathroom smelt, but maintenance fixed it very quickly. Kitchen cupboards were shabby paint flaking off. The unit look tied and bathroom the tile grouting needs to be clean. It needs an upgrade."

"I stayed three nights here, and have zero cause for complaint. Great location, service, and a television that didn't require manual bypassing or cable calisthenics to actually access the most basic features those of us who live in the 21st century have become accustomed to (installing Spotify and listening to the exact same song for 64 hours straight...via the Bluetooth capability, recently released from Hotel-Lock Television Incarceration)."

"Had a function at the Storey Bridge Hotel, therefore, very convenient staying at Docks on Goodwin. Rooms are very nice, with good lighting in the bathroom and great shower. Well stocked for longer stay, however, we only did 2 nights. Only few hundred metres to the river, so lovely for a walk and lots of nearby eateries. Parking and security is good, lovely leafy area with great views on the higher floors. Would definately recommend."

"It's so cool to have a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony. The apartment has a wonderful view of the river. In general, there are an amazing location of the apartments, about 3 min walk to ferryboat. The pedestrian bridge is also not far away. The apartment big and clear in in excellent condition. Check-in (out) are very quick. I like and recommended these appartments."

"The appartment itself is pretty perfect! Some utensils were not that clean, but there is a dishwasher with tablets and soap to do dishes as well. So I just put everything in the dishwasher first. A cleaning sponge would have been nice so you can clean some pans yourself as well. Location was fine, you can uber or walk (30-40 min) to the CBD or Southbank (20-30 min walk). As it is an appartment without reception you cannot really leave your luggage. One thing that was really bad was receiving my key! You should receive this via Text message or Whatsapp. I could not open the whatsapp message. It was empty. You can then not respond to their message, you will not receive a reply. Also I emailed them, to only receive a reply that they had sent it to me even though I explained that their original message could not be read. Their phone number did not work either… I had to internet call them through my booking website (trip.com), which worked and then the women on the phone was super helpful in sending the information per email. I would suggest they just send it via email in the first place (or both options to be safe). So it got resolved in the end, but I found that a bit stressful and annoying."
