Guest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new, the environment is beautiful, and getting around is very convenient. The town's bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and you can ride the town's public transportation for free. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is highly recommended – it's fantastic! However, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them at the town's supermarket.

This hotel isn't in the city center; it's up on a hill, so it's more convenient to drive yourself there. However, there's also a bus stop right outside, and they even give you a free one-day bus pass, which is a nice perk. The only minor downside is that you have to climb stairs to get to the rooms, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're lugging luggage.

Great room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The balcony offers a stunning mountain vista that feels incredibly open and airy. Bonus: the hot pool is included with the stay!👍

Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at The Rundlestone Lodge. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it an excellent base for exploring Banff National Park.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We especially appreciated the complimentary underground parking and the convenient location on Banff Avenue. Although it’s a little outside the downtown core, it was easy to drive or take the local bus into town.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations.
Overall, The Rundlestone Lodge offers great value for money with comfortable accommodations, helpful staff, and excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

TuziThe room, while a bit dated, was generally clean and had a decent feel to it. The best part is its proximity to the main street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. We could quickly drop off our shopping at the hotel and head back out. Calgary's tax is lower than other places, so it's a great spot to grab some sports brands. There's also a cafe right outside the hotel that serves a fantastic flat white, and we even bought some beans to take home. All in all, aside from the slightly high summer prices, everything else was perfect.

RIO KISThe location was fantastic. It was about a 10-minute walk to Banff town, and there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was included, so I had pancakes every morning – they were delicious!
I also received fresh bath towels daily, which kept things very clean.
The only minor drawback (and perhaps I just couldn't find it) was that there was only one restroom. If someone was using it for a while, it could be a bit inconvenient. It would be great if there were another one in the hotel.
I traveled alone, and the room was always quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you!
I'd love to stay here again on my next visit.

Guest UserThe RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night

Qingqingcao132The hotel is located on the edge of town, but it's not too far to walk to the town center, about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room amenities are quite basic, showing that the hotel is likely a bit older. Free parking is available in the hotel's underground garage. It's not great value for money, but then again, hotels in Banff are generally expensive.

MariaMG13We did a little staycation in Banff from Calgary and overall had a great time.
The cave pool was a big hit, but just a heads up that it’s not really a “swimming pool.” It’s more like a large cave-style hot tub. It’s shallow, and the water is fairly hot, so the kids couldn’t really swim or put their faces under the water. The cave setup is very cool though, and the adults really enjoyed it for relaxing. The dry sauna was also great.
We stayed in a suite with two double beds, plus a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette. We were happy with the layout. The suite was clean, but it is definitely dated.
One downside was the TVs. I know you don’t go to Banff to sit and watch TV, but it would be nice if they updated to smart TVs. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest bringing a Fire Stick or Chromecast. Even an HDMI cable to connect a laptop would work, but make sure you download movies ahead of time because the Wi-Fi in our area was pretty spotty and the kids kept losing connection.
The front desk staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made parking easy, provided bus passes, and explained local info without us having to ask a bunch of questions.
We’d stay here again, and next time we’ll definitely bring something for the TV so we can do an easy movie night after a busy day.

Guest UserVery friendly & obliging staff at check in & also when checking out. Room was very clean although small with too much furniture we felt. As overseas travellers with 2 large cases we had to move some of the furniture to be able to open them. There were 2 large easy chairs plus a desk chair. Also the tv which was very large was on top of a cupboard completely blocking the mirror on the wall.
The hotel is in a fairly good position about 20 minutes to the centre of town.
