Regina Hotels with Wifi

"My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!"

"Overall, the hotel itself was nice. The amenities were good, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, our experience with security wasn’t great. We came with friends and were just spending time together in the room, nothing excessive, but security approached us and threatened to kick us out. That part felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Aside from that situation, the property and facilities were solid. I just think the hotel could improve how situations like that are handled so guests feel respected while still following the rules."

"Room was clean and bigger than I expected - especially for the price. Don’t expect much from the free breakfast as the room where they serve it didn’t look clean, as well as the coffee and bread or whatever - which is mostly muffin/bread that aren’t stored properly - they have."

"I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I booked a Queen size bed, which is a bit crowded for two people. I went to the front desk to communicate, and the front desk directly changed to a twin room on the 20th floor, so happy. The hotel is also connected to **. We visited the largest ** in Saskatchewan. It was a very good check-in experience. I would like to give a big thumbs up to the girl at the front desk of the hotel!"

"Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison."

"The room was very good, but there were no slippers, so you had to prepare them yourself! The location is also convenient. Regina is not big, so it is convenient to go anywhere. It is not far from the airport. You can choose to stay here. It is recommended."
