"The room was pretty good. As a one-night layover, though the room wasn't huge, it was just right for three adults with checked luggage! However, we made a mistake! Switzerland doesn't use German-standard plugs!!! We didn't bring any suitable ones at all! The front desk staff member was fantastic! Enthusiastic and friendly! The service was superb!"

"We stayed here for one night after arriving from Lucerne before an early 7am flight. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay, making it a convenient choice close to Zurich Airport. The airport shuttle was reliable and made getting to the airport early in the morning very easy. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a practical stay before an early flight."

"Everyone can come and stay there its good for family,couple,friends. Room was nice and clean but only one thing they should provide at least teo keys because if someone want to go out and another person have to sleep who having key it's really hard because i had this experience"

"I've stayed here before. It's a quick 10-minute bus ride from the airport, just 3 or 4 stops. It's also very close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk. There are 2-3 supermarkets nearby, and right next to the hotel is a Turkish restaurant with good food, if you like Turkish cuisine. This time, the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Note that the city tax must be paid by card; they don't accept cash. When I opened the room door, the bed was tall and narrow, and with the red and white color scheme, it looked exactly like something out of a European TV show or movie, which actually made me a bit scared to sleep. The room was small, and the layout was impractical. My knee hit the metal edge of the sink when I was getting out of the bathtub, scraping off a layer of skin. The toilet was also awkwardly placed. The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible; it would connect and immediately disconnect, then I couldn't connect again at all. The mini-bar drinks were all complimentary, which was a nice touch. Although it's next to the airport, the noise wasn't too bad; by the time it got noisy, I was already out. There's another hotel near the airport that's my first choice, it's excellent in all aspects, but it was fully booked. So this was my second choice, and it's fine for a transit stay."

"The location of the Mövenpick Hotel is very convenient for access to Zurich Airport and the complimentary shuttle service is greatly appreciated. Upon checking into our room in the evening, we encountered several housekeeping issues that were disappointing and suggest that the final room inspection process could be improved. 1. An opened coffee sachet was found among the complimentary refreshments. This indicates that the room may not have been thoroughly checked and reset before being assigned to the next guest. 2. Our reservation was made for two guests, yet only one bath towel and one pair of slippers were initially provided. Basic amenities should be prepared according to the number of registered occupants to avoid inconvenience upon arrival. 3. The shampoo/body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty or nearly empty. Essential guest amenities should be inspected and replenished as part of the standard housekeeping checklist before check-in. While these issues were not major enough to ruin our stay, they created the impression that the room had not undergone a proper final quality inspection."

"The hardware is all good – transportation, rooms, and facilities are fine. However, the software is terrible, even bottom-tier. Software issue 1: Self-check-in machine. It's 2026, AI has been updated countless times, yet Radisson is still using a system with an extremely unfriendly interface, repetitive operations, and painfully slow response times, forcing guests to manually input endless information. The worst part is that the room assigned by the system, supposedly ready, was completely uncleaned upon arrival. After half an hour of hassle, I still had to check in manually. The department responsible for developing this system should be fired – it's utterly foolish. Software issue 2: Manual service. There's no concept of service whatsoever; just cold, impersonal queuing. From 6 to 8 PM, the lobby queue never cleared, filled with confused guests at the self-check-in machines or waiting in line for manual service. With such low efficiency, how does management optimize anything? The picture shows the room assigned the first time."

"The room was cold and dark, the renovation and furniture were old, the lights were not operating properly, with the TV turned on in the middle of the night on its own... I had my eyes open almost the whole night...."

"I stayed here many years ago. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast is good. The service is also excellent. It's great value for money if you arrive late at the airport or have an early flight."

"We had an overall pleasant stay at Novotel Zurich Airport Messe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. During our first check-in, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. However, on the second check-in, the experience was less friendly. The rooms were not ready, and we simply wanted to ask if we could leave our suitcase, but the interaction did not feel as warm or helpful. Aside from that, the hotel itself was good, and the room quality was excellent."
