"The room is spacious and bright, I checked in in the afternoon! Hygiene is relatively clean! The indoor temperature is quite warm! Enjoy the snowy scenery outside through the glass. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and is quite rich! It’s delicious, the kids love it! I tried the self-service laundry room on the second floor. When I was doing laundry, I exercised in the gym next to it. After I finished exercising, my clothes were washed! Very convenient! The hotel staff's service attitude is full of enthusiasm and makes people feel very comfortable! Paying great attention to every detail of the guests, there will be no flaws! "The hotel is magnificent; the lobby and corridors are spacious and bright.
The hotel rooms are mostly equipped with smart technology, which might be why a 300 RMB deposit is required (these days, not many hotels require deposits). Parking was tight during the National Day holiday, but we managed to find some. The fruit in the room was a thoughtful touch, but I didn't eat it; I appreciated the gesture. There was also a mini-fridge! The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, but the coffee was brewed, not freshly ground. There are many restaurants nearby; I highly recommend the Northeastern Chinese restaurant near the opening ceremony – it's delicious!"

"Facilities: Not bad, many facilities are quite user-friendly, and there are also contact lens cases and toilet footstools. But the TV network is not very good, and the TV freezes obviously.
Hygiene: Overall it is okay, there will be some small details. It can be understood and tolerated, but it still needs to be strengthened (such as ground debris and obvious water stains at the bottom of the mouthwash cup)
Environment: Not bad, the light luxury atmosphere created is not bad. The second floor is on the road side, which is noisy at night.
Service: The front desk staff on the day of check-in on the 17th was very professional and the communication was very good. When checking out on the 18th, there was a girl with a bun at the front desk who was a little dwarfed. The communication was cold and impolite throughout the communication.

平時出差/私人出行住大牌子比較多，這次清明來大慶因為需要離景點近安排了這家，遠超預期。
1.服務一流。從前台人員到保潔阿姨，人都很温柔，提到的需要都會事事有反饋、件件有着落，刷卡進房就看到了小水果還有小零食，管家式服務有小卡片，前台機器人送餐也很及時，隔音也很好，入住體驗賊拉好。
2.設施完備。酒店提供了下午茶，涵蓋小盤水果、西式甜點？咖啡機現磨咖啡等，想到斬殺線try了甜甜圈，別説，王偉恆的甜我都懂。小盤水果隨拿隨取，還覆蓋了保鮮膜，種類也多，可以説直接省去額外考慮維生素添加的必要了。洗衣房、烘乾機完備，浴缸配備一次性套、浴鹽、搓澡巾等，戴森吹風機也是意外之喜，讓我這個隨身出行帶吹風機人士大呼驚喜，除了浴巾外還配了一次性毛巾、浴巾，潔癖人士大呼過癮。床品也超讚，失眠人士上次在外邊睡這麼好還是喜來登，這性價比愛了愛了。

There are several improvements:
1. The bedside lamp is broken and not repaired;
2. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which should be equipped with a small table and a small stool, and not a few money;
