"A stay that exceeded expectations! From the smiling greeting at the lobby reception to the welcome fruit pre-prepared in the room, every detail was thoughtfully thought out. The room was as clean as a freshly opened gift, and the bedding was so soft I couldn't get up once I laid down. The floor-to-ceiling windows faced the city at night, and sitting by the window with a cup of tea and daydreaming was a welcome relief from a long day's fatigue. The breakfast selection wasn't amazing, but each one was exquisite, and the freshly made wontons warmed my stomach. Upon check-out, the front desk even asked if I wanted a snack to take on the road. This feeling of being valued is worth staying here again and again."

"I was really surprised to stay in this B&B. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the gentle and healing cream-style decoration. It was very beautiful. I like this decoration style. It is really different from other homes. The floating big bed is very relaxing and comfortable to sleep on. The warm yellow light creates a lazy atmosphere. The boss has built a smart voice system for the whole house. You can just use voice without getting up switch and remote control. It seems to be specially prepared for lazy people like me [grin]. Checking in is also very nice. The photos taken by hand are all Instagram-style blockbusters. The space is also very large, and the living room has a large projection screen that gives you a cinema feeling. The owner is very hospitable and sent us a detailed check-in guide in advance. He also introduced us to the crystal market, museums, local food, and some travel guides. I like that they met such a good owner for the first time in Donghai. Great! Highly recommended!"

The service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

When I checked in before, the front desk was friendly, smiling, and the service was attentive and user-friendly. Has the front desk changed now? Two people, one had a straight face as if someone owed money, the other spoke very fast and had a stiff attitude, as if the guest was a creditor and ran away after a second of delay. I have stayed here so many times, and this time is the worst experience, bar none. And the patrol manager upstairs? Every time I stand in the corridor, I see someone who seems to be carrying the resentment of five hundred years of reincarnation... Overall, it's pretty good, especially for a hotel in a county town. However, what they advertised as a 'twin room' was actually just one room with two beds separated by a bathroom partition, not two distinct rooms. I had planned for my son to swim in the pool, but it wasn't the advertised hot spring pool; the cold water pool was already closed.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it.
