I couldn't find the hotel's sauna; only the one in the water park, which requires a paid visit. The fitness center and ping pong table are quite far away, located in the water park area on the second floor. (Important) The air conditioning was extremely hot. Even on the lowest setting, it only reached about 24-25 degrees Celsius. I informed the staff, they adjusted it briefly and left, so I just endured it. If you expect the hot spring to be like in Japan, don't come. The water is only lukewarm at around 30-35 degrees Celsius and very dirty. It's open from 11:00 AM to midnight. The staff said it could be used for two days, but check-out is at 1:00 PM on the day of departure, so how could I use it in time? The floor is carpeted, not suitable for people with dust allergies. The hot spring water is changed before use. The breakfast selection was varied, with only chicken nuggets and something resembling fried chicken. The bread slices weren't refilled often; I waited 30 minutes, and only after I'd finished eating, did they replenish it. Overall, if you get hot easily, go somewhere else. If you can tolerate the heat, it's only suitable for sleeping and you won't need to buy anything extra."

"Choosed that hotel to be near to Tianshan heavenly lake, which was quite useful. Be aware of that there are only a few shops nearby. Breakfast was really good as well for western breakfast lovers. The most fancy thing was the in bathroom integrated waterboiler. Never saw such an installation bevor and liked it a lot 👍"

This hotel staff was exceptional in adapting to our foreign needs with traveling with bicycles helping keeping them safe overnight as well as quickly picking up communication through cell phone and helping us use taobao as foreigners to order some essential bicycle parts we needed! The location was not near the major dining areas, despite the block of restaurants across the street most were closed. We took a taxi but had trouble paying with Alipay - would recommend cash on hand for the area generally if you aren’t able to get WeChat to work."
