"This hotel is located right at the entrance of the Tianchi Scenic Area, offering a prime location. The hotel's facilities are excellent, featuring all solid wood furnishings and rooms equipped with refrigerators. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel itself is incredibly vast. The restaurant is also noteworthy, with a rich and delicious variety of dishes, covering both northern and southern flavors, catering perfectly to guests' needs. However, all of these positive aspects pale in comparison to the beautiful, gentle, and incredibly hospitable young ladies at the front desk. As an old Beijing gentleman, my drone wasn't registered in Beijing, meaning I couldn't bring it back home. I asked one of these ladies if they could help me arrange for it to be couriered back to Wenzhou. The ladies immediately sprang into action, contacted the courier service, and had everything sorted out within five minutes. I was deeply touched. Not only are these young ladies beautiful, but their service is also incredibly professional, genuine, and warm. They left an unforgettable impression."

"Initially, I didn't have high expectations for this price, especially since it was just for one night and I'd be out exploring, not staying in the room. However, upon arrival, they upgraded our room, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I needed a charging cable, and they personally brought it to my room. When my suitcase zipper broke, they thoughtfully gave us a large roll of clear tape to take with us, just in case! The most important thing is how convenient it is; the bus station is right outside. Even my lazy son, who hates walking, said it was great because of the easy transport, meaning less walking. Check-in and check-out were both very quick. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was immaculately clean, even in the corners. There's a fresh food supermarket nearby, making it convenient for grocery shopping and cooking. Located in a bustling city center, it's super convenient for getting around and shopping. The soundproofing was also good. Overall, the experience far exceeded the price. I've already saved it!"

"Choosed that hotel to be near to Tianshan heavenly lake, which was quite useful. Be aware of that there are only a few shops nearby. Breakfast was really good as well for western breakfast lovers. The most fancy thing was the in bathroom integrated waterboiler. Never saw such an installation bevor and liked it a lot 👍"

"My partner and I stayed here one night during our bicycle travels. This hotel staff was exceptional in adapting to our foreign needs with traveling with bicycles helping keeping them safe overnight as well as quickly picking up communication through cell phone and helping us use taobao as foreigners to order some essential bicycle parts we needed! The location was not near the major dining areas, despite the block of restaurants across the street most were closed. We took a taxi but had trouble paying with Alipay - would recommend cash on hand for the area generally if you aren’t able to get WeChat to work."

"The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean, though the facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. The location was good, a 10-minute walk from the town's food street. The receptionist at check-in was alright; she told me about restaurants and gave me a room on the 8th floor with a view of the Tianshan snow-capped peaks from the window. However, the service from the subsequent staff, including the security guard, was lacking. They responded to my questions, but without any smiles."

"We booked a twin room, and the bedding was frequently changed and the room was clean. Our stay was quite pleasant. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. When my friend and I took a taxi to the wrong place and couldn't find the hotel, the owners came to pick us up and invited us to have tea, chat, and eat dried apricots. There's a coffee machine on the first floor where you can grind your own coffee, but we didn't have time to try it this time. Maybe we'll try it next time. What we liked most was the guesthouse's courtyard; it was decorated with a very homey atmosphere, where we could swing and sunbathe with friends."

The rooms are brand new and clean, well decorated, almost the same as on the preview map. The facilities are advanced and comprehensive, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry.
