"The hotel is located right at the foot of Dayan Mountain, built to a five-star standard with extensive facilities and a garden-style layout. Big thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room. It was huge, about 100 square meters, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a soaking tub. Plus, there were two independent balconies offering mountain views. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The gym is open 24 hours, but it was unattended. The breakfast restaurant opens out to a large outdoor park with ducks, another outdoor swimming pool, and a lotus pond. The breakfast selection was quite good, meeting our needs without having to eat out. Dining options nearby would require a ten-minute drive. While Heshan doesn't have a wide variety of food, the ingredients are notably fresh. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"The room's ventilation and scent were the most pleasant surprises. I had expected a closed space to feel oppressive, but upon opening the door, I was greeted by a faint, pleasant fragrance—not a strong aromatherapy scent, but more like the refreshing feeling of natural ventilation. Later, I discovered the windows could be opened, and with the fresh air system constantly running, it didn't feel stuffy even with the windows closed. The bathroom exhaust fan was particularly effective, quickly drying out moisture after a shower, keeping the entire room dry and free of dampness or musty smells. During my three-day stay, I woke up each day to exceptionally comfortable air."

It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. "Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again."

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

Hotel location is very good, the neighborhood is very lively and convenient, there is Madonna around the corner. Room facilities are very new, very easy to use, there will be no cheap feeling. . My best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended. First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

Environment: New hotel, clean, tidy, no odors, separate wet and dry areas, fresh air. Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls. Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure. Plenty of parking spaces, no worries. The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, clean, sanitary, with a balcony and a great view! The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear all the noises of the children outside. The second thing was the seafood buffet, which was so expensive, the food was poor, the variety was small, and the supply was slow. It was not worth the price, and the scene was very messy! The breakfast on the second day was also average. Overall, it is not worth recommending!

Not very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.
