I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The hotel experience was excellent overall. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they responded promptly to any questions. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and find restaurants. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, offering great value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend it.

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

The room is well lit and ventilated, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. Environment: New hotel, clean, tidy, no odors, separate wet and dry areas, fresh air. Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls. Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure. Plenty of parking spaces, no worries. The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home. Very comfortable environment, not noisy outside the window but the sound insulation is a bit insufficient, I didn’t have breakfast and went to bed late... But the lighting is quite soft, and we can order takeout. Overall, it's a very comfortable experience.

However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.
