"Having stayed at other Ramada hotels before, I chose the Ramada for my trip to Longmen. It was a truly remarkable choice. This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended."

"This short trip was incredibly satisfying. First off, the front desk service during check-in was excellent, followed by the thoughtful service from the butler, and finally, the quick response time from customer service – truly commendable. When a lot of people are playing in the water, it's never going to be perfectly clean, but at least I didn't have any allergic reactions here, which I've experienced at other water parks before. Then there's the buffet restaurant; while it might not have as many dishes as Chimelong, the food quality was good, and I found the variety to be quite comprehensive. I was even surprised to see live steamed rice rolls being made on the spot! All in all, this short trip was delightful, and both the elderly and children had a great time. This is definitely a hotel worth revisiting!"

"I didn't pay attention to the room type when I first placed the order. We were a family of three traveling. The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable. The room packages now include many more amenities than before. I only found out upon arrival that they no longer cooperate with Fuli Wellness Valley. We absolutely loved the hot springs and the stunning infinity pool – we barely wanted to get out. Now that summer's here, they've even added an inflatable water park, which is so much fun! The buffet was delicious too. Personally, I really enjoyed the coffee house in the South French-themed estate – it was great for photos. Our room was clean and tidy, and came with its own private hot spring tub. The hotel also has an indoor play area, arcade, and gym, so the facilities are excellent. "I was truly impressed by this hotel’s beautiful natural setting – the mountain and lake views are simply stunning, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, all with real‑time temperature displays, so I could easily pick the perfect heat level for myself. I also really enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities. Each themed zone – the traditional Chinese herbal sauna, ginseng and ganoderma rejuvenation room, whisky aroma sauna, stone slab therapy room, and salt steam room – gave me an incredibly relaxing experience. What surprised me most were the thoughtful little details throughout the resort. I found free drinking water, hot tea, lemon water, and fresh juice stations everywhere, which was so convenient after a soak or a sauna session. My room was spacious, and even though the hotel has been open for a while, I noticed that all the furniture and facilities were immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

This place was actually pretty nice in the way it looked and the hotel room was clean. We liked walking around the property, soaking in the hot-spring (hot tub) in our room, and even eating a healthy chicken hot pot dish at the restaurant. The BIG problem was as we got no sleep at all. The walls are paper thin… we heard everything… I mean our neighbors shouting and also doing “fun” things that a guy and gal can do until like 2:30 am. We begged management to say something but the couple didn’t and we were moved to a nearby room (downgraded to smaller). Finally sleep. We got a small discount so that was nice

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

Although it is raining, it does not affect the children's fun. After the rain, the air in Guwei Village is fresh. The B&B staff are considerate and provide wind chimes for children. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great! I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.

This hotel is like a serene paradise, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The front desk staff, especially Sister Siyi with her round, friendly face, provided incredibly attentive and patient service; my mischievous son absolutely adored her. The room attendant auntie also left a warm impression with her genuine smile and politeness. The only downsides were that our room type didn't have a large mirror at the vanity, and the lighting for the mirror was a stark white-blue, which felt a bit startling when looking in it at night. Additionally, the toilet flush was weak and easily clogged with toilet paper. I hope these issues can be improved upon.

During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then.

On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.
