"The hotel's location is excellent, with a superb view overlooking Yushan Lake Park, which is lush and perfect for kids. The service was also quite good; they responded promptly even when I called for room service late at night, and breakfast was plentiful.
The downsides are that the room facilities are outdated and not very functional: for example, the towels were frayed, and the power outlets were loose, causing the hairdryer to fall out. Also, you're not allowed to bring inflatable swimming rings into the pool, and although it's supposed to be open until 10 PM, they started clearing everyone out and ushering people away as early as 9:15 PM."

這次入住真的挺滿意的。先説位置吧，找起來方便，自己開車來的，停車場車位挺多，進出都沒費勁，這點對自駕的人來説太重要了。
一進大廳就感覺挺舒服的，不是那種冷冰冰的豪華，是暖暖的、很乾凈的感覺，燈光也柔和，讓人一下子放鬆下來了。
特別想提一下前台的小駱和小季。我辦入住的時候人有點多，但他們倆手腳麻利，態度也特別好，一直笑呵呵的，問什麼都耐心回答。後來我臨時有點小問題找他們，也是很快就幫忙解決了，退房的時候還關心我住得習不習慣，挺貼心的。
房間收拾得很乾凈，是我喜歡的那種簡潔風格。床墊和枕頭軟硬度剛好，晚上躺下去一覺睡到天亮，而且隔音確實不錯，走廊和窗外的聲音都聽不見，睡眠質量槓槓的。衞生間也寬敞，熱水來得快，洗澡舒服，那些牙刷浴巾啥的擺放得整整齊齊，看着就舒心。
整體來説，這次住得挺值的。不管是來出差還是自己出來玩，這兒都挺合適。服務讓人舒服，環境也安靜乾淨，下次來這邊肯定還會選這家，也已經隨手發給朋友了，真心推薦！"

Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, and the thoughtful details weren't forced but genuinely attentive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy, with a very comfortable mattress. The delivery robot bringing food directly to the room was a nice touch. Check-out was smooth with quick invoice processing, and they even upgraded my room type upon arrival. The room came with high-end Peter Thomas Roth toiletries; the body lotion was very moisturizing and smelled lovely. These small, thoughtful details made the trip feel like a comfortable home away from home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city."

Due to my special personal circumstances🧏♀️, the urgently needed barrel of mineral water💦 was not delivered for a long time. I was worried that it was delivered to the wrong hotel, so I asked Song Ningning at the front desk for help☎️. She was enthusiastic and patient. She immediately contacted the deliveryman to inquire about the situation and learned that the mineral water was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. With her active communication and coordination, the barrel of water was quickly sent back. Song Ningning's proactive, responsible, efficient and considerate service touched me very much, and I really like her💕

The hotel is still as good as ever. If you go late, parking at the door is a bit tight, but there are security guards to help, so it still feels good.

There are several restaurants on the highstreet where the hotel is located and a small mini mart right next door. All the vendors in the area were extremely welcoming, and the hotel staff were professional and available to assist us whenever we called. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

Reasonably fresh and clean rooms, Breakfast, typical Chinese breakfast, Fried noodles, eggs, some meat buns and veggies, No coffee or tea tough! Only minus is that staff do not speak a single word of English, but at this countryside location it is expected :). Next time I will choose same hotel again when I'm in the area for business again.

I checked in with the intention of giving it a try, and the room I booked was a pleasant surprise. The view was stunning from the window, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
